The room was comfortable, but the whole hotel is very dated. Most Springhill Suites seem new and trendy. This one seem old and run down. Near old town and right off the freeway with very little freeway noise even in our room on the freeway side.

This hotel is conveniently located to Temecula wine country and Old Town. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from like biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, eggs, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. My only complaint is they only had 2 lounge chairs for the outdoor pool. Also,...

Many trips to Temecula but our first stay at Springhill Suites. We've always stayed at Embassy Suites, but will now be staying at Springhill. While the breakfast is better at Embassy, the rooms are much nicer at Springhill and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

We booked a room for August 1st, told last minute they couldn't accommodate us because of water damage. They said they could offer us a room down the street for a lesser rate. I checked the hotel out online, it was lesser quality and $40 less directly from the hotel than what Springfield was offering. Lastly, I was told management...

I went to Temecula for a concert and spent a night at the Springhill Suites. This hotel was wonderful. We were greated immediately upon arrival and checked in. I am a Marriott Rewards member, so my floor preference and other information is saved, but they did offer me a choice of floors, which I appreciated. I opted for a King...

We stayed for one night at this hotel. It is interesting. The lobby is a bit weird looking. The decor is very colorful and modern. Our room was very clean and spacious. However, our room was on the freeway side and it is VERY noisy all night. If we stayed there again we will ask for the non-freeway side. The...

We really like Springhill Suites in general. They tend to have a European vibe to them that we like. But this one earned my undying loyalty. At 11 pm my 9 year old vomited all over his bed, mattress, the floor, the wall. By 11:45, all five of us were in our beds in a new room. No hassle, no...

We got adjoining rooms. The rooms were perfect. A lovely little lounge area when you walk in with a good sized wrap around sofa, area for ice and drinks and then an area for food. Two great tables in front of the lounge. So, the four of us were very comfortable with drinks and food at hand. We love the...

I am so well pleased with this hotel. The free continental breakfasts varied over the course of our stay and were quite tasty too. The rooms were well apportioned and appealing. There was a separate office space and even a sitting room (pull out couch). Two separate sinks. Not a lot of noise intrusion.
