I have been coming to this hotel every year for my birthday for quit awhile. It is such a beautiful place and the staff is wonderful! I've recommended this place to many friends and they have all enjoyed it as much as I have.

It was a last minute decision to get out of the City for Halloween weekend, and stay at the Ritz. There was no snow, and there were no crowds. It was amazing. It's worth the splurge, at least once. I expect nothing less from the Ritz. The room was so spacious and comfortable. We sat in our cushy robes, in...

We spent a few nights of honeymoon at this wonderful resort; as it was the beginning of the summer season it was very peaceful and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor adult only spa pool, and thermal area. Over the course of the stay we ate in the main restaurant where dinner was great, staff where friendly; we also had...

This hotel is amazing. Customer Service is outstanding, the rooms comfy and cozy, the location is ideal for skiing or shopping near a quaint little village. The food is delicious and overall I would say this is the best hotel in the Lake Tahoe area.

We were hit with a big storm but there was no flexibility to extend our stay in the cabin we rented for a few days. Luckily the Ritz is close by and had last-minute availability. We enjoyed a single night -- with our daughter and 2 dogs! I loved having the WHOLE family here -- AND, we weren't the only...

Attended a conference here last week. The hotel is located approx. 45 minutes from the Reno, Nevada airport. We had a car service meet us and drives us to the hotel which I am glad we did. With a nighttime arrival I would not have wanted to drive the mountainous roads on my own. To be clear there are no...

Location couldn't be better perched right on the hill. We visited mid-week for only one night but arrived in the middle of a snow storm early one morning on a drive up from the Bay Area. We were immediately greeted, our luggage taken to our room so we could change into ski clothes, our skis were taken to the ski...

The property here is excellent. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with 4 adults and 5 kids, ages 15 to 6. The condo was a good size and the 3rd bedroom was very large, giving the kids some space to hang out. There is a kitchen with a large dining table. Also a washer/dryer so no need...

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe for 4 nights for a business conference. What a beautiful setting. It was torture to be trapped in conference rooms all day and be teased by the surroundings that taunted me to play. First, the rooms at the Ritz are large with luxury appointments that would expect from the Ritz. It was great...
