Fairly easy check in and check out procedures seem to have enough staff working. Room was fairly well-stocked Swimming pool was now half occupancy and reservations required with Covid, half occupancy was still 56 people which seems like a lot to us.Disappointed in this day and age the Wi-Fi is charged per device per day, it’s a requirement for us not an upgrade. Location is fine a little far away from Napa and Sonoma but plenty of wineries in the vicinity.
We spent 4 nights at Worldmark Windsor at the end of July. Checkin was no contact and pretty quick. They will send you over to the timeshare area to get a parking permit which allows them to try and entice you into a presentation and give you a few local recommendations for dining etc. Not a very hard sell but still took about 5 min of saying "no thanks". Rooms were typical Worldmark layout. We were in a 2 bedroom Queen unit. A king in the master with enSuite bath, Queen in the 2nd room also with enSuite bath. Unit was good sized and full kitchen, with everything you need to prepare meals. TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Gas BBQ on the patio with easy directions. Electric fire place and Murphy bed in the living room. Unit was clean and comfortable. Pool use was available by reservation and capacity controlled by the hotel. Nice grass / picnic areas, basketball and volleyball courts. The resort shares property with the Windsor golf course. Food and shopping within a 5-7 min drive. Peaceful and pretty quiet area. Wineries within a few min drive. Also about 45 min drive to the coast, Bodega Bay. Once there, great ocean views and good seafood up and down the coast.…
This resort has all the amenities one would want. The kitchen allows for families and friends to save some expense, so that there is more to spend on the fermented grape that is all around the region. Within an hour of either Napa or Sonoma. The activities are geared for families and adults. Third trip and have not been disappointed.
Really nice accommodations. Plus their was a free wine tasting and arts fair in the lobby as we checked it. The rooms, kitchen and deck were perfect for 4 girls. We were able to cook breakfasts and dinner to relax with our boutique bottles of wine purchased that day. Great central location for the Sonoma Valley. Would definitely go back. Clean. And the hot tub was a plus.
New dishwasher was not installed properly but we didn’t want to waste another day with a worker in our room. The property was very nice. The timeshare presentation was bad. We told them we already had plenty, but they still insisted we attend because of the $75 Am Ex. Gift card, which we used up at the local golf course restaurant, on property called Charlie’s, I believe. Lovely breakfast came with presentation, but salesman was right in your face when you ate!
