Stayed here recently on business as preferred hotel unavailable... Had to stay in location as close to work. Dirty entrance, stairs had empty beer stubbies on them.. You get a sense of being in prison once checked in with dorm style set up. Chairs with covers line the 'hall ways'. Room had a stale smoke smell. Cereal provided but no...

I chose this accommodation as there a few in this part of Melbourne. My advice is to look further. It is a fairly grubby and small roomed accommodation with uncomfortable bed and paper thin walls that allow you to hear everything. The airconditioning is quite noisy and bathrooms internal. Every surface is stained or dirty. The staff at reception were...

Had a 3 night stay over the Melbourne Cup period in Melbourne. The motel was easy to drive to and find. The on site parking is limited and the parking spots are fairly tight for a larger vehicle, which could be difficult to get in and out of if the car park was full (which it wasn't on this occasion)...

I used to stay here many years ago each time I went to Melbourne. the place was well maintained, clean and the staff friendly. All that changed a few years back when new owners took over and we never went back until recently. The ONLY reason I stayed here was due to a mix up at my usual hotel and...

This was a pleasant motel. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything you need in room, microwave, iron, toaster, fridge. Bus ride from City and shops. Nice that breakfast was included. Fresh bread, cereal, fruit juice, milk etc.

I stayed at this motel because it was close to the venue in Collingwood where I was holding an event. Unfortunately it wasn't a very pleasant experience and I would definitely not return. The rooms are very basic, breakfast is a couple of bread slices and cereal packs left on a tray in your room. There is a long corridor...

A while ago I stayed in the twin share room with friends, and although I can't complain due to the budget price, I did say I would probably not return as I felt the cons outweighed the pros. However my boyfriend wanted to celebrate a special occasion in a spa room, and right now we needed a budget room so...

I was only looking for cheap accommodation in Melbourne with some form of privacy and my own bathroom. I came across this place and discovered that I was pleasantly surprised. Sure it's a little noisy (you can hear every footstep other guests make), but the facilities where very sufficient for what I needed. Showers were hot and had good pressure...

Great position, great value, but getting very tired , run down and grubby. The free complimentery breakfast has now gone too. Hopfully they will pull up there socks as I would like to continue to stay there.

Have stayed several times for one night, as it was a good price and I wanted that particular location. Most happy with the price. Forget the breakfast, didn't touch it. Will stay there again. I like the free parking (hate how others charge extra for this). Staff friendly.

Thank Lynne H
