A few blocks from Downtown - Back of the condos is by a school playground park type area so it was screaming kids every morning to wake you up. The check in office is on the next street over and has somewhat limited hours, so if your coming in late I suggest you call early. They closed at 6pm on...

This is a small complex of condos just 2 blocks from Main Street so you can walk to dinner, shopping, etc. Very convenient location as parking in Breckenridge is difficult to come by. They do only allow one vehicle parking so with two vehicles we had to take one vehicle to another parking lot and pay for parking ($5/day). The...

There were five of us in this two bedroom condo. We had only one bathroom, the second bedroom was tiny and we were allotted one parking space, having to park our second vehicle in a remote pay lot. Hot water was tepid at best, the toaster needs replacing, and the 1980s just called and want their track lighting back! Seriously....

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for a week using RCI exchange through Worldmark. Alpenrose Condominiums is a small (about 18 units) complex. There is a small outdoor parking lot that barely accommodates all the cars that were staying here. Each unit has an outdoor locker provided for them to store ski equipment...which was quite handy. The location is...

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The location was fantastic, but then again with how compact Breckenridge is, I don't know if you can have a bad location unless you're not in town. Only 2 blocks from Main St. On a hill though, so watch for ice. We found a set of stairs leading down to Ridge...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we appreciate your comments. The linens get updated every year in December, an order was just placed last week. I assure you the linens were clean, typically the housekeeping staff would catch the stains and set those linens aside. Had we known that your sheets were stained we would have...

Acquired unit for timeshare exchange through RCI. small, clean serviceable unit. Renovated bathroom nice. Building is older but seems well maintained. Kitchen not well stocked for cooking. Needed more pots and pans. Stove top needs attention. All in all comfortable.

When I first got here I was disappointed in the appearance of the place. There is no elevator and we had an upper unit. When I complained we were given a 1st floor unit. Inside the unit is comfortable with a full kitchen. We spent a week here and enjoyed ourselves. It is a specially nice city and everything, including...

We stayed here (at the Monte Cristo - #203) through RCI. People at RCI didn't give it very good reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a neat little condo. It was supposed to be 1br/1ba, with a sleeper sofa. Turns out we had an extra bedroom with bunkbeds - so it was a bonus. First,...

“There are 3 levels and only stairs to get you there. After a long day of skiing (and trouble breathing from such high altitudes) the last thing you want to do is climb stairs. Opt for a first level room. There isn't much view to be had and you spend little time in your room anyhow.”

“WiFi was in the basement. Being on the ground floor it did work in our unit. Upper units have views. We did not want to be upstairs as there is no elevator. It was hard to find where management was as they are not located in this building.”

“Going here in off season may be less disappointing. Only contact with management was on check in. I guess if your expectation isn't too high to begin with you won't be dissatisfied. Room 105 was decent.”
