Lone Duck Campground is a fun experience for families and friends. There is a heated outdoor pool, playground, fishing pond, hiking and biking trails, a river stream, bonfire grills, pinball machines, and gift stop. Free popcorn, coffee and juice are available for campers. Breakfast of pancakes and sausages are sold in the morning. Part of the center house is kept... More

The place is clean, has a very warm pool, and a gift shop with great prices. I am glad we waited until we got here and did not buy stuff like t-shirts and coffee mugs in Manitou Springs. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. They served breakfast in the morning for $5 per person.

We loved this campground. The owner couldn't have been nicer and made suggestions on what to do while we were visiting the area. We stayed in a motor home on site 5, and we were very comfortable. The campground is right off the freeway, but the noise was not bothersome at all. Lone Duck is close to all the attractions... More

Started out great with meeting Steve the owner when checking in. He is very friendly and accommodating. We have camped in everything from primitive to over the top. Lone Duck is very good. The place was exactly what we were looking for. The pool, fishing pond, store, arcade, park, bathrooms/showers, all you can eat pancake breakfast for $5 and stream... More

This is an excellent campground for families! Close to everything! Clean bathrooms and friendly owners! We stated in a tent on site #26. It was right on a little stream. Very peaceful, yet still close enough to the bathrooms/pool/arcade, etc. Our family will be back for sure!

We drove down the long driveway looking for a vacancy for our small motorhome and tow. I went into the nicely stocked store and was greeted by a friendly and very accommodating owner. He genuinely cared about our visit. Yes, they had the perfect space, #5. Our 6 yo grandson was very excited to play on the playground before jumping... More

We generally "rough it" but when we came across Lone Duck and saw that it had a pool we thought it might be nice for the kids. This place was perfect! The gentleman who owns the park and runs it was very nice and helpful. The arcade was a huge hit for all of us, they had a decent park... More

This was our first stop in Colorado during our family's recent road trip. It was just what the doctor ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful...from our email exchanges months ahead making reservations, having to change those reservations when our trip was suddenly moved up a week, and in person once we got there. The tent sites were a bit... More

After pulling our RV three days from East Texas (first trip with the RV) out nerves were shot!! We were greeted warmly at the front desk. The owner even helped my husband back into our camp site. We went with our four children (ages range from 5-14). The children loved it! Definitely a kid friendly place! Central location to many... More
