Perfect location, minutes from Manitou Springs,Garden of the Gods,Cheyenne State Park,Old Colorado City and much more. Mike the owner was helpful without being intrusive. We stayed in the Mountain Suite and it was Fabulous! Beautiful view and all the comforts of home. We actually had to leave a day early to avoid hurricane Irene and Mike was courteous enough to...

Great location. Parking is very close to your room. It's nestled at the base of the Pike's Peak area, with gorgeous views. Helpful, friendly staff. The place works for a single night, or an extended stay. Anyone familiar with the Front Range knows this little nostalgic hotel sits in the absolute best part of the whole Colorado Springs area, hands...

Hotel is located at busy colorado st. We could not sleep because of noise from the street. Beside that area is not safe. you can see homeless people all over the street. Not a nice place to stay.

We stopped here en route from New Mexico, as an overnight stop on our way to Denver airport (which is an easy 1.5 hour-drive) away. The hotel is located on a road that has many charming, retro-looking, and flourishing motels. We drove 5 minutes to Manitou Springs and had a memorable, gourmet dinner (followed by a walk around the shops,...

A few minutes off of the interstate and you have something far better than a vanilla hotel room/suite. This operation is well run by Steve and Mike and the property is kept in very good condition. They've done a great job of creating a homey feel with a funky, urban style. Great location and a good lay-out for families with...

Stayed based on a Trip Advisor rating. This fantastically updated vintage hotel kept just enough of the atmosphere to make it my new place to stay in Colorado Springs. the location is so convenient for going to the Garden of the Gods, or the grocery store just across the street, and even the car wash to clear the thousand of...

From the moment we arrived we were pleased. The longer our stay went on the happier we became. First of all, our hosts were cheerful and welcoming. The location is great--about equidistant from Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City---and both are oh-so-close. The street noise disappeared the moment we closed the door of our room. The property being a 50's...

A comfy room, with lovely décor throughout. Everything was immaculately clean, and we found the microwave and fridge very useful. The hotel is ideally situated for Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs as well as old town Colorado. Although on a busy road, we did not find the noise intrusive. The hotel staff owners are really friendly...

The best hotel staff you could have. Relaxed and accommodating, you won't have problems with a disinterested or corporate-esque staff. The rooms are standard size with comfortable beds. It won't look like much from the outside, but it's worth it. Close to everything. If you're coming here to watch TV, don't. Just basic stations... But there's too many things to...
