First, and very important to us, very convenient to bus to mountain and to town. Interesting layout for rooms--walking into the bedrooms (separately) which both then connect to the living area. Cozy would be a word for it, but very functional. Clean. Pool has been out of order, and fireplaces have been closed off for years. Otherwise, a great value...

We stayed here with our church youth group - 12 teens, 4 adults in three condos. Plenty of room for all of us. The shared spaces made it so nice for our group. Game and laundry room on the lower level, plus hang-out space on the main floor. The pool was a little cold, but the kids used it. Hot...

The rooms are much larger than a hotel room, and include a full kitchen. We made breakfast in the condo and had dinner downtown each night of our stay. We think the location is great, the bus comes by every 15 minutes to get to the ski lifts-but you could walk, too- and if you want to go downtown you...

I've stayed here with crested butte lodging the past couple seasons, and will never stay with them again. There were dirty dishe in the sink, cigarette butts all over the back porch and when I brought that up with management they basically laughed in my face. Told me it was a personal problem. Then persisted that I make sure my...

Hi Jeffersonblack, Could you tell me a little more about your stay? In particular, what unit number you stayed in, stay dates (to see who was working), and name it was booked under only if you want--I understand if you would rather keep the name private. Honestly I'm mortified to hear about your negative experience and need to get to...

We have been staying here for many years and have seen updates in some condos but not others. It is best to ask staff to book you into a recently updated condo. Most recent stay was great. The condo had been updated very recently with granite, new carpet, and stone back splashes/ showers. Skiing was great and Crested Butte is...

Pros: Great value! (hotels.com) Kitchenette. Decent location (in resort area, not in town, but if you're going for skiing, very near ski area). Specific to our room (143): some renovations done. Cons: Each room/condo individually owned, so no guarntee what you'll get No A/C in building Bedroom at entrance to room (awkward!). Specific to our room: No dining table (strange...

The staff was great. The condos are old and not remodeled. No elevator but they do have a dumb waiter for suitcases. We went to paint at the wildflower festival and they really accommodated the group. All the artists that checked in were not told about dumb waiter and carried up all their equipment. I was the only one who...

I stayed at Three Seasons last winter.. The lobby must have been renovated because it was modest, clean and nicely done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. My suite was a welcome sight. I had reserved a gold suite and it lived up to its title. These units are condos that are individually owned not hotel rooms, so you...

I stayed at the three seasons for an entire summer (May through Aug). The rooms are nicer than I was expecting, but the building as a whole seems a but antiquated and run down. The entire building smells like bleach, the carpets are black where they get the most use, and pool tables in the basement are just depressing. The...

We are happy to report that Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management, in cooperation with the Three Seasons board of directors has completed several cosmetic and structural improvements to the building and grounds. Among the work completed in the past 2 years: the pool, hot tub and tile have been refurbished; the first floor carpeting has been replaced; the interior...

i couldnt believe what a great value this place was. The rooms were so functional and really slept 6 people comfortably. We were in town for a wedding with a ton of family that doesnt get together that often. Everything was just perfect. The shuttle was also fantastic

“The rooms come in Bronze (cheapest), Silver, and Gold. I had a bronze and my friend had a gold. I could hardly tell the difference, I don't think it is worth springing for the gold, personally! Also, get a room on the third floor, facing East for the best views, if possible.”
