The hotel was very nice and the rooms are large and spacious and the beds were comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because some of the staff in the casino just didn't seem to care about customer service. Maybe it was the casinos fault for...More

While I appreciate the manager taking time to answer, the essential question still wasn't answered! There is only ONE KIND OF POINT, those connected to the "Players Card" a visitor is able to see (by inserting card into a machine). These points are accumulated and tracked from money spent gambling at the slot machines. (New card) Many comps are indeed calculated in the casino from these "Players Card" points and the cashiers in the casino can readily tell you what you have earned, EXCEPT HOTEL COMPS,they know nothing, I asked). From the manager's reply, if a different kind of point is calculated for hotel stay comp, HOW ARE THEY EARNED?, and Who tracks these "special" points, plus how do guests find out how many they have at any given time? My opinion stands unless these questions can be explained clearly, because you cannot find out how this promo really works anywhere.
