The hotel is old and in a funky neighborhood, but everything was in working order, clean, quiet, and good maid service. We were very pleased.

Located in the middle of Denver, the hotel is within 20 mins of any attraction in Denver. The street that the hotel is on is not the safest, but we had no problems. The hotel was not the prettiest on the outside but facilities were good in the inside. Parking was the biggest problem. We would get back at 10...

Stay here two nights for a meeting. 16th Avenue is famous for dangerous night walking and uncontrolled place in downtown Denver. At night, you are supposed to be disturbed by noisy from night club and bar nearby. Summary: Not recommend for travelling especially for woman.

This hotel is a what you see and pay for is what you get kinda place. The hotel itself isn't too bad our room was ok I checked for bed bugs right when we got in there (which I normally don't do but this hotel made me suspicious from its run down and old exterior). There were hairs in the...

In a BAD/ super sketchy part of downtown Denver. Rooms were dirty, musty and smelled bad. The comforter and scary blanket underneath obviously haven't been washed since they were bought in the late seventies. We had to sleep on top of the sheets and use towels as a blanket. There was a "mystery" fluid (body fluid?) sprayed across the curtains...

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a convention and know several other people staying at the same time in different rooms. The room I was in was visibly dirty and a colleague was bitten by something in her room (bedbugs???). Two mornings we saw her at breakfast and she had more and more bites. She was assured...

The hotel was fine. Issues were not enough parking spaces. About 15 spots for about 40+ rooms. Other issue was when leaving got stuck in the pride parade, no info was given to us letting us know to leave before the parade sets up. The area is not the greatest either, lots of panhandlers around. Rooms were alright. Nothing special;...

We were looking for a motel within walking distance to the Ogden Theatre which is right across the street from this Days Inn. I wasn't expecting much especially after spending the night in a stinky Motel 6 in Kansas. The room was awesome! It smelled wonderful when we first walked in and seemed to be very clean and sanitized. Our...
