The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel--and the room was boutique-y as hell. Attractive, modern. However, the basement is fitted out as a dance club. And if you're there on event night, it will be like trying to sleep inside a subwoofer until 2am when the event ended. To add insult to injury, some of the event participants rented...

After reading multiple reviews we did not expect a 5 star hotel however we were still pretty disappointed at a few things: 1. We stayed there on a Wednesday night so nothing much was open at the hotel. The coffee shop wasn't even open Thursday morning because it was that employee's "day off". Lobby bar was open for a bit...

We were wandering from Union Station with luggage and time to kill. We came in looking for a place to store a couple bags and get a cup of coffee. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, with a modern eclectic theme. Clay was super hospitable, storing our bags and giving us some tips on what to see over the next...

Great design, friendly crew on hand. Neighborhood is amazing - live music, ample bars and restaurants. Walked to Union Station for drinks, and then breakfast the next morning. Then off to the museum of contemporary art.

The hotel definitely had the boutique feel but I was pleasantly surprised at the room size. The rooms are spacious with hard wood floors. The bed is comfortable. The glass shower is very trendy! Checkin and checkout was easy and staff is friendly! Great location to walk to restaurants and attractions.

While the location is ideal I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The main issue was the noise - they can't decide if they want to be a dance club or a hotel - but you can't be both. We were on the second floor and there was NO CHANCE I was getting to sleep before 2AM Friday and Saturday...

My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel which was conveniently located in the downtown Lodo area of Denver. While noise was not an issue, the room we stayed in had an ant infestation and there were ants crawling over the bathroom, the bed, and furniture. The front desk staff was also somewhat cold and unprofessional; during check-in,...

This is a great hotel if you are young or truly like modern, avant-garde style. The location is superb, just two blocks from Union station and a short train ride to airport. Access to loads of good restaurants and easy walk to Coors Field and Pepsi Center. Reception on first floor is a trendy bar with just 24 rooms upstairs....

A friend recommended this place to celebrate my birthday. I have the most positive vibe and attitude this day. But the security just ruined everything. The security that inspects the id was just over reacting. Aside from a valid id he was looking for a credit card. How stupid is that. I definitely look good and sharp and decent that...

My friend and I decided to come to Denver to see a friend and check out downtown and go to a couple of baseball games. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience than Nativ. From the moment we walked in after a long day of travel from San Diego we immediately felt welcomed. We stayed in room 306...
