Building and rooms very outdated. Bathroom was in poor condition. Beds were good. Rooms were mostly clean, but little used areas hadn't been cleaned in some time. Only 2 towels left in bathroom, after repeated calls, finally went down to front desk to get them. While there, I overheard staff commenting how they had no idea how they would be...

Horribly dirty and scary hotel. Smelled incredibly strongly of weed. Dog poop in the hallway. Homeless transients in the lobby. Rooms were gross.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels all over the world. This is by far one of the worst I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff are nasty and unfriendly. The shuttle service is unreliable and the drivers are on their phone the entire time. Staff act like you are bothering them when you ask for help....

We stayed here only because everything else was booked. We had 8 families staying here for softball booked with cash deposit 3 months in advance. We flew in from Florida and only 2 rooms out of the eight were available. The hotel resold the other 6 rooms even though they took our deposit. All doors around the facility were unlocked...

Best part of stay was checking out. The rooms are dirty. The room was cleaner after I picked up the large stuff on the carpet that was never vacuumed. This hotel is lousy. Upon check in, it was clear the lady working the counter did not want to be at work that day. When I went to find my room, the elevator wasn't working so I had to drag my belongings up the stairs to the fourth floor. furniture is trashed, housekeeper was spitting sunflower seeds on the floor consistently, entire hotel smelled of marijuana, no refrigerator, hot tub was filthy and cold, pool was also filthy with trash floating in the water. curtains were filthy, not enough parking for the amount of people that stay here and sketchy people in the parking lot. will never stay here...
