Very good location but this hotel needs to some repairs on the out side of the building. I know it was winter but there was a lot of trash in the pool area which the maintenance or housekeeping could easily see and did not even attempt to clean. It made the grounds look trashy. The outside could use some updating, but the rooms and lobby have been renovated. The staff was great. The breakfast was basic, cereal, pastries, etc. They do have a waffle machine and very good coffee. Wi-fi worked great.

This is a tough hotel to rate. The very best thing about it is that the staff is exceptional, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone was very helpful. Also the price makes it a pretty good value. The property itself is a mix. It is one of the older La Quintas, which can sometimes mean deferred maintenance....

The good news is that there's a free "breakfast," consisting mostly of various baked goods, juice and coffee. Parking is free, too. The other good news is that it's very reasonably priced, but not quite down to the "rent by the hour, cash only, bulletproof glass" level. However, the safety latch on the door looks like it's been kicked open...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in November. I would say this hotel is average. The towels were soft but the bathroom did have a little mold on the ceiling.. I wasn't to happy about that but I also knew how little I was paying for the room and didn't have very high expectations. The towels were soft...

The price was good for Denver, and the location was good, close to LODO and easy access to the freeway, but there wasn’t much else that was positive. The carpeting in the room was old and stained. The Bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. The Staff were helpful but did not give the impression that they enjoyed their job very much....

This hotel is deteriorating physically and there is no real attempt to maintain or even clean it properly. There are other alternatives in the general area, and I would use them. Also, I had some corp billing to take care of prior to arrival. Repeatedly called front desk for hour and a half with no answer, which delayed my travel...

The room was dirty, and it had a terrible odor. The entire room was dirty! The floors were stained and one of the beds was extremely sunken in, to the point where no one could sleep on it. The toilet had urine stains on it and toilet paper in it when we arrived. I refrained from showering due to repulsion
