Very clean room, above average breakfast bar with a view of the lake, comfortable beds, quiet, friendly staff, refrigerators in rooms with microwave in breakfast room, close to City Market and many restaurants. I'd stay here again!

This hotel is perfectly located for the Dillon area and offers excellent value! I have stayed here numerous times and will continue. The cont. breakfast offers many options and is generally staffed early. As a bonus you have a nice view of the lake as well - again very well mana

Hair in both beds. Hair in shower. Smoke alarm battery needed to be replaced, so it beeped all night.

Will not recommend this hotel.

Huge floor plan. Nice updates but they need to learn how to clean. Will not be back.

We had a great stay. There was a great view and walking area at the lake. The endless coffee was great on a cold weekend. We had hoped to use the sauna in the morning but it didn’t open until 10am so we were bummed about that. The room was pretty small but perfect for what we nee

I reviewed this hotel following 2 1-night stays a couple of weeks apart 3 years ago when arriving at, and leaving the US from Denver International. We enjoyed our stay here so returned on a similar basis this year - ie 2 1-night stays just over 2 weeks apart.

We were not disapp

My wife and I and our 6 children would like to come over from England for 2 weeks stay what is the best time to visit
Colorado is gorgeous for each unique season so all times are great. Just do not come during the high seasons which is DEC or MAR for Winter due to skiers and boarders or in JUL and AUG where families rush to get their trip in before school goes back in sessions. One my all time favorite times in Colorado is the last week of September as all of the Aspens are gold and the snow on the mountain tops begins to fly, adding color and character.

I am considering booking your hotel, but I worry about your brown water problem for shower and from faucet. I also worry about your air conditioning systems not working properly in some guest rooms. Did you fix these problems or are you still working on them?
We had no issues with the water when we were there last week. We are going back to stay again this next week. The heat worked well and it usually doesn't get warm enough in the summer time to use air conditioning in the mountains. To a point where a lot of houses don't even out it in.

Do they offer skiing packages in the wintertime?
Don't know. I only go there in summer. I would just call and ask.

"I was on the front side near the office. Parking was close to the room."
"Get a second floor for the balcony. Building four is the farthest from the lake view and breakfast."
"Avoid the rooms close to the entry way. Lights shine in the room. I was in #320."
"Quiet and comfortable. Book early to get a room with a lake view, some rooms have outstanding views."
"request an upstairs room"
