We have stayed at these Meadow Ridge condo's multiple times for two years now, however some family members have stayed for 16 years in only a couple of units. The condo's are individually owned and I suspect most are dated as ours was a bit but all usually in working order and good conditions. I am OK with the dated... More

We booked the condo through Vacations Inc. which was easy and efficient. However, the actual condo #7 in court 3, was pretty rough. We are not picky but this place is very old and outdated. It really could use some fresh blankets and window coverings that are functional. We could not open some of the windows. Upon arrival we found... More

We rented a condo for the week. This location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Very close to a supermarket and sledding. It was actually a pretty quick ride to Winter Park skiing as well. There are tons of options for food close as well. Our actual condo was OK- it had enough beds to sleep... More

We had to make a last-minute reservation, so perhaps for that reason got charged too much? 2 bedroom for about $360/night. Place seemed rather dingy (broken screens, dirty wall-to-wall carpet.) It wasn't very well cleaned (had a used tissue inside the pillow case! Clearly hadn't been washed, or the tissue would have shown it.) Fireplace hadn't been cleaned. Lots of... More

We stayed here part of a week, while skiing in CO at Winter Park. We loved it. Very roomy, though some of the fixtures were slightly dated. It was still very comfortable and a great place to stay. The fire logs were a great addition, as you did not have to struggle with getting a fire lit int he fireplace.... More

The facility is great - we had a 3 bedroom with full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Very clean. One bedroom has its own bathroom, the other 2 share. There is a clubhouse in the complex that has a weight room, pool, hot tub and locker rooms that are complimentary for guests. The clubhouse also has a ski rental place,... More
