Location was easy to find in the heart of the mountains. Not far off the Interstate. Or just across the Lake Dillon Dam. Small Inn, cozy and clean. Staff was friendly. Arrived a few minutes early, had to change clothes to attend a wedding and they were very accommodating.

the owner is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast is simple but good. We went there in a shuttle from Denver Airport and stayed in for 2 nights (later we headed to Vail). The hotel is close to the bus station that will take you for free to some nearby mountains (Breckenridge, Cooper mountain) plus the outlet...

We went to ski with friends at Vail, but didn't want to pay Vail prices. We decided to stay at Summit Inn and were extremely happy with our decision. Everyone was nice, the room was clean and the hotel overall well kept. We'll definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay. Basic hotel with a simple grab n go breakfast. Location is great and the staff was friendly. I would most defiantly stay here again. Hotel was decorated in a lodge woodsy decor. Loved it!

For the price, a great place to stay. Very clean, quiet and friendly. Included breakfast was extremely minimal. Did not check out the hot tub so cannot review. Pillows were hard and flat. That said, we'd stay here again, just bring your own pillow.

We decided at the last minute to go for an overnight ski trip. Not normally a problem but this was between Christmas and New Years when lodging prices double (or triple) and many places have minimum night stays. Anyway, we found two rooms on the net for the Summit Inn for one night at a great rate. On the way...

My wife and I stayed at the New Summit Inn for our anniversary the weekend of 12/19/2015. We initially booked at New Summit because of the price, but were quite surprised by the hotel itself and will definitely be back. The hotel is in what appears to be an older building that has been completely remodeled. New log wood accents...

I was nervous to stay here because if the price but it was awesome! So quiet and comfy! The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. Hot tub downstairs and muffin, danishes, and coffee for breakfast. It's a small place but it holds a big surprise! We had a fanstastic view of the Mountains from our window! We would...

I gave this a very good rating because this little inn is very well priced, the rooms are clean, nice and comfortable and the lobby is nicely decorated with a mountain lodge motif. The only drawback is the inn sits on a busy street right off I70 in Frisco. This was fine for us, since we were arriving in the...

The place is cheap but clean and overall good enough for budget travellers who are not too fussed about creature comforts. The decor can be best described as rustic. The breakfast is very basic, consisting of just coffee, muffins, pastries and bagels with cream cheese and butter. We didn't use their basement spa because my wife didn't really like the...
