This motel used to be very nice, but has gone down hill, sink did not work, all lights unplugged, terrible beds, only 2 towels, staff don't care. Would not recommend this place at all. Needs a complete overhaul including management.

Being that it was Labor day weekend, we knew it might be difficult to find lodging. We kept driving and came to Granby Colorado. A nice little motel near downtown, was full but recommended the Littletree Inn which was a little further down the road, toward the edge of town. We drove over there and were thankful to find that...

As stated by Samuel007, review from 10/5/2015, “first impression is of a typical small town motel”. It definitely was a 1960s-feeling throwback moment. If you’re on the first floor, you can literally drive your vehicle up to your motel room door. The reception area is dated, but fine for the few minutes you’re there for check-in and check-out. The front...

Summary: Most disrespectful and unprofessional customer service in my life as follows: I have never been so mistreated by a business as a customer in my life. My husband and I had a wedding to attend in Granby early this September, and booked a room using their online booking system and booked our room in July. We flew in to...

Dear srwachtel, I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding you experienced. I spoke with the staff working on Saturday, September 3, and they told me an attempt to contact you had been made regarding the invalid credit card. This was during Labor Day Weekend, which is a busy time in the mountains. A valid credit card is required to hold...

Room was clean, all worked as advertised. Little less expensive, no pool, only coffee in the morning. Seems family owned, wife Harriett is the boss, little finicky. Room on ground level well under the porte-cochere (overhang walkway for access to 2nd floor rooms) and it was raining with a little sleet. I stood in door assessing when rain would stop...

The room was clean, freshly painted, and the mini fridge and microwave were newer and in good shape, as was a large flat screen tv. Towels and toiletries supplied were very basic. Heater cycled between warm and cool air; bathroom heat lamp also cycled back and forth every couple of minutes. Both a bit odd. Bed was very comfy and...

We had few choices for reasonably priced hotels in the area and chose to stay here. The rooms were clean and we had nice hot showers after a day of skiing. The hotel was quiet at night even though it was fully booked. There are places down the road to get food and with a fridge can keep things cold....

Our welcome was unfriendly. We arrived at 3:45 pm tired and was told that our room was not ready, to go to dinner! They were 95 percent vacant and wanted to put us on the second floor! I asked for a ground floor room to avoid climbing stairs and got attitude! We left and came back later to find they...

According to our records, you stayed with us on Labor Day. Generally, we fill up on weekends, and on the Monday of Labor Day is when people head home from the mountains so it is a bit slower. We apologize to hear your stay was not the greatest experience, but we try our best to accommodate special requests, even during...

The motel is reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Cake for breakfast must be some sort of fad in the USA for it didn't hit well with us. Still it was one of the few places that gave breakfast in the price. Motels/hotels in the USA have a long way...

The first impression is of a typical small town motel, which is OK, because that's what it is. The reception area, frankly, could do with a face lift - it reminded me of something from a black and white B movie from the 1950s. But our room was attractive, well equipped and comfortable, with king-size bed, bath and shower above....
