Each room is unique. No TV , which I like. The breakfast is included and is wonderful. They do not provide lunch but have a nice happy hour from 3-5:30.

Breckenridge is about 15 miles from Keystone where the Ski Tip Lodge is. I would not select the Ski Tip for a Christmas Holiday, the Lodge is too small in MHO. I do not know the price of our room as it was a gift to us.
