Great rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. Very clean. Complementary breakfast is a plus. Shuttle provided for transportation to wedding venue, Manor House. We had a two room, one bedroom suite which was so roomy and so nice to be able to heat up food in microwave or

I would like to state from the outset, I review many facilities during our travel and use Trip Advisor to help make decisions about where I look to stay; in my reviews, I really try to be fair and tell it like it is. I am not a negative person or chronic complainer. That being

Dear tahoetraveler2369, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at our property. We are so sorry you found your guest room unacceptable. Our housekeepers work very hard to keep our guest rooms clean and an unacceptable guest room is not the standard at our hotel. We have addressed the problems you mentioned with our team as we always appreciate feedback that will better our guest experience. Safe travels.

We love the hotel, but dreaded coming back early because the couch and chair were a nightmare to sit on. Breakfast is better than most and it is overall a quiet hotel. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and love being able to shut the door when the other half wakes up early to

hello, christykane, hotel staff was spot on and educated about ADA. She was right to question you about your dog because you use(d) the terms Service Dog, ESA, and Therapy Dog interchangeably, indicating you are the one who does not know proper Assistance Dog terminology or ADA law. Service dogs are individually and specifically trained to mitigate the disability of an individual and specific handler. That means they do specialized tasks to help only one person. for example, my sister is disabled and has some issues similar to my cerebral palsy, yet my dog cannot and will not work for her even though some things he is trained to do might be of benefit to her. my SD makes me happy. I love to see his face, and I am filled with warm fuzzies when I pet him. but I feel just as good about my pet dog, and my cat. my daughter has a rat with the sweetest little whiskers, and I love to watch it eat popcorn. my bird is super cute and does astoundingly accurate mimicry of nearly anything. I feel a bit sad when I leave home without any of them, but making a person feel good or is not a trained task. any animal can do it. that's why basically any animal can be prescribed by a doctor as an ESA. (most of) my pets do the happy dance and greet me feverishly when I come home, every time. (in all honesty, my cat doesn't care that much, even though we love each other.) my SD waits for me to remove his uniform before getting a drink of water and going out for a pee. he greets his buddies and they all have a decent sniff of each other, and then it's nap time. he's tired because he has spent hours working. here is what my SD does: he finds and brings my shoes, his jacket and often my backpack with his water bottle. I dress myself, and he helps me dress him. sometimes weather dictates he needs to wear socks and boots as well. he leads me outside and he situates himself in working position. he watches for cars and pedestrians and makes sure the way is clear before we even begin to move. if the ground is rocky, wet, snowy, or icy, he navigates the clearest path for me to walk, taking the hard path for himself. all the while he walks at the pace of a turtle to keep me from falling. when I waver, he will either press against my side, knee, back, or immediately stop altogether so I can steady myself. he propels me up inclines and stairs, slows my descent on the flip side. he alerts me to approaching traffic, people, etc to quell my startle reflex in advance as much as he can, switching from my left to my right or vice versa when necessary to give the other person a clear path to pass us. he stops after each startle until I can regain my composure and balance. he picks up anything I drop and returns it to me. he carries groceries etc for me. he creates space on all sides of me while in line to reduce my startle reflex. he can hand desk clerks (or anyone I name) card, money, receipts, items. he picks up coins I drop and places them in my hand, or in the hand of anyone I name. he parts crowds to arrow me toward an exit, he backs himself into the narrow space between seats on public transportation to give wheelchairs and walkers the most room available. he curls himself beneath my chair or table whenever I am seated at one, ignoring all food even if it falls beside him on the floor. he seeks out and settles himself on a rubber-backed mat I carry in my backpack to keep himself and the establishment clean and dry. he absolutely never sits on a seat of any kind meant for a human while he is in public. he often surprises people who "didn't know there was a dog here" because he works silently, unobtrusively, and professionally always. he delivers his mat to my hand to fold and put away. at home, he opens the refrigerator for me (it is often too tight a seal for me to comfortably pull), he carries items and written messages to and from family members and myself. he provides pressure when my hips are stiff and sore, and he acts as my hands when mine cannot bend or move. when my pet dog barks, my SD stands at the window to determine the problem, rarely barking himself. he brings his dish to me so I do not need to bend. he removes my gloves, jacket, sweater, socks for same. this is what I do for my SD: bath every two weeks minimum, thorough grooming including nails nearly daily, regular vet checks and care, including OFA evaluation prior to mobility training/work at 24 months. high quality food, meal and elimination schedule, immediate waste removal except my yard, which is daily, ongoing training refeshers, additions, and fine tunings, a good hard run on average 3 times a week with his buddies, at least one day off a week with which we do fun doggy stuff, ensure his uniform is in excellent condition with no wear and tear for his comfort and safety for both of us, a full water bottle accessible at all times, and the prime middle spot of my king bed for sleeping. your ESA does have some access rights however, see the Air Carrier Act and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 for details. hotels fall under ADA, which does not recognize ESA's. again, your hilton littleton denver staff experience according to your review was spot on, in fact -generous- if you were not charged a pet fee during your stay, as ESA falls into pet category in hotels. you would do well to thank them for waiving it for you.
I think your question may be intended for someone else. I’m not really understanding what you are asking me.

Highlands Ranch is 8 - 12 miles SE of our hotel. SW Plaza is 8 miles E of our hotel. I would not recommend walking to either as you would have to be next to very busy streets and highways. We have a local sedan service that is extremely reasonable and could easily take you to either location. The driver is Damian and his number is 303-505-1003. Uber / Lyft also service our area.

I think this hotel is a little too far from the airport to offer a shuttle, but you use the light rail.

We do not have an airport shuttle available to this area. We are located about one hour west of the airport. We recommend contacting Super Shuttle.

The hotel is located at Ken Caryl & C470. We are about 15 minutes from the Light Rail Station at Mineral. There is a tremendous sedan service that we utilize that can get you to and from the Light Rail Station. Light Rail will drop you off in the middle of the city right outside of the Colorado Convention Center. There are car rental agencies both at SW Plaza and in Highlands Ranch where you can rent a vehicle.
