We spent a few days here during our Western trip this past summer. Pros: It is a nice clean little campground. We had a streamside site with full hookups. Level sites. Very friendly staff met us at the entrance bridge and assisted us with parking. Nice laundry area and office. Within walking distance to downtown or a free transit bus...

This was a nice little place to stay - only complaint is how close the campers were cramped together - barely room to get the awning out properly and able to see in each others windows so little privacy! However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped to park on arrival and always around checking that all...

This RV park is very small and campers are very close together, but it is right in the center of Manitou Springs. You can walk or bike to town, or there is a free shuttle service. The hosts are there to help you back into your campsite and get settled in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.the bathrooms were very...

Great location. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They parked us when we arrived, which should be done at every park but seldom is. Park was very clean and quiet. The staff was always out and about, even during the evenings, which made us feel safe and secure. Some say the sites are tight, but we had plenty of...

Fantastic stay at this RV park. Staff met us upon arrival and assisted us getting into our (narrow) site. Note - be prepared for tight RV slots. Site was clean and right against the creek. Facilities clean as a whistle. Bus into Manitou Springs picks you up right at the entrance to the RV park, so no need to drive....

We pulled into the park after traveling for 3 days and we were told they had no reservation for us. I made the reservation a month prior to our arrival. I had everything written down, the amount of the deposit and the check in time and the site number I booked. I'm 100% positive I called and made the reservation....

This was our first camping trip with the new travel trailer. Total newbies! We wanted to find a place close for the weekend. We searched for RV parks near the Garden of the Gods and the Pikes Peak RV park came up with great reviews. We agree! The owners are so warm and inviting! Chris helped my husband back in...

My wife and I stayed here for several days while visiting the Colorado Springs area. This park is relatively small and the sites are close together, but the staff is very good and personable. Although close to a street, it was quiet. The fairway between the RV sites on either side was relatively wide, making getting in and out easier....

This is one of the best campground we have been to. First, location near Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Colorado Springs. Second, immaculate facilities, And lastly, the owners Chris & Marge couldn't be nicer, friendly and helpful especially in helping us getting into our space. Two incidents stand out, the first accommodating a medical emergency by directing us...
