The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. Units are older but kept up and clean and the rates are good. I wasn't thrilled to only be able to book a room with double size beds, but surprisingly we slept fine. No AC but...More

We stayed here on our drive through of Colorado. They are very small cabins but clean and comfy. There is no AC. I asked about the AC and the guy said "the cabins have been here for about 100 years and haven't needed it yet"...More

I am travelling with my 92 year old mom and my grandkids (boy, 17 & girl 13) and my husband and I are seniors.....but we are all pretty active. Looking at your middle cottage that stands alone by the bbq area. Worried about no air conditioning and sleeping arrangements. What do you think for us? thanks
