My sister and I had been hiking at Trapper Lake, decided to stop at this lodge for drinks, glad we did. Very clean, with a rustic atmosphere, nice deck to sit and chat with other guests. Had wine and Moose Drool beer, shared a grilled cheese. We were actually staying at another resort up the road, but would definitely come... More

My wife and I hiked in to Trappers Lake Lodge for a weekend getaway and we were very happy with the whole experience! The staff were the greatest and the food was excellent! Cabin 9 was great as well! We are definitely going to stay again!

Trappers Lake Lodge is a great rustic getaway. The staff was quite friendly and even helped us when we had a flat tire. The cabins were better than expected for a "rustic" environment. We stayed in the cabins with 2 doubles beds. They were both clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for both beds as well as... More

We're used to tent camping but wanted to take my 94 year old father to enjoy the Flat Tops Wilderness - hence the cabin with beds and heat. What a great time! We were provided firewood and cooked Hot Dogs and S'Mores next to our cabin. We even enjoyed a little harmonica campfire music from my dad. I was very... More

I've been wanting to stay at this lodge for years, decades actually. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Not quite camping and not quite full lodge. The cabin we stayed in was nice and clean and simple. Literally two beds, a table and chairs. This is where the camping feel was. We spent our time outside with... More

We expected a pretty yet rustic cabin with a view of the lake and wildnerness. What we got was a dusty dirty one room cabin, dead bugs on the bedspread, with foil stuffing up a hole in the corner of the room to keep out the mice. The lake is not visible from the cabins. I got very little sleep... More

We had a GREAT stay at Trappers Lake Lodge earlier this month. We had originally planned to camp, but the campgrounds at the lake weren't open for the season yet, so we decided to splurge and get a cabin. So glad we did! We arrived after 9 PM, and I'd forgotten how nice it was to just open a door... More

Trapper's Lake Lodge is the perfect summer getaway destination. Even the ride to get there over Dunckley Pass is a breathtaking experience ! The cabins are rustic, comfy- cozy and always clean. The Lodge offers good meal options that are made more delicious after a day of hiking in some of the most gorgeous wilderness around. And Carol and Holly... More

If sleeping in a cozy cabin instead of a tent sounds delightful, having someone cook breakfast and dinner for you and having a hot shower after hiking in beautiful scenery all day appeals to you, then Trapper's Lake Lodge is the ideal location for your next "camping" trip. I call it credit card camping at it's best. Carol and Holly... More
