We spent a week at the 4J+1+1. It was a fantastic time and we are planning another trip this summer. It is close to Town so you can walk to everything. It is reasonably priced so you don't feel like your spending too much on camping. Love the place.

We spent 4 nights here this trip and 8 nights 10 years ago. Both stays were great. It's a 2 block walk to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are which makes it very convenient. Wifi is as slow as mud but that's not what we came for do it didn't matter. Our Verizon was LTE 3 bars...

Absolutely love the 4J and their friendly staff! Super clean bathrooms, nice & cozy tv room, laundry, river sites & all in the heart of Ouray! I loved being able to walk to town, and to the pool right from our site! Views everywhere you look & falling asleep to the sound of the river was the highlight of the...

You can walk to Main Street or the hot springs pools just a block away and leave your RV/rig all set up at the camp site -nice! Loved our time in this little historic, visually stunning town!! The park owners were very helpful and we will be going back! Restrooms & showers are exceptional.

Stayed here 1 night. Site was fairly small, but on the quiet side of the river. Walked to the hot springs. Probably better for rv's. Hard to get tent stakes in the ground. Slept well. Partially shaded site. Don't expect too much if camping. Above average restrooms and shower facilities.

We were passing through town and needed a campground with full hookups and this was perfect for our needs. The campground is located right in the middle of town and we could walk to dinner. Our site was also right on the river which gave us wonderful background noise. The staff as also very friendly at check in.

Came back again this year after loving it last year. Friendly staff, clean facilities, hot showers. Love that it's within walking distance of everything, but still feels cozy against the river. Zero complaints and we will definitely be back!

On river, and easy waking distance to Ouray town area. Clean bathrooms. Good choice for those who want to be in town. For us, we were disappointed by very small narrow sites that were all gravel. Dusty and dirty, not a nice place to enjoy a sunset bbq. We would not stay here again because we prefer a more nature...

Friendly and clean campground. You can camp right along the river. we enjoy just sitting there and relaxing while listening to the water flow. Nice change after living in Arizona. Close to everything and you can walk into town for dinner/shopping/etc.

We come to Ouray often and always stay at 4J. The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean! Laundry facilities and TV room a plus! Within walking distance to town and all of the shops. Within walking distance to the hot springs, too! Location, location, location! We always feel welcome and hate to leave.
