We visited the vapor cave and hot springs during our visit to Ouray. The vapor cave was really unique experience and one we glad we used. The outdoor pool / hot springs was nice. The staff was very friendly and informative. We wished we had visited it nightly after skiing but it was a last minute discovery.

My wife had one of the best massages of her life here. Loved it so much we booked another. The rooms are rustic which we enjoyed, they are very HOT and somewhat dated. We left the windows open in the winter. The hotel is okay, very dated and for the cost of the room not a great value. Overall we...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel twice in the past 5 weeks and have had stressful circumstances both times. On our first trip the drain in the bathtub had a wad of hair in it. The staff was apologetic and gave us a visit to the private pool, which costs $35 extra on weekends. In the morning we...

I stayed at this hotel many years ago, and found the accommodations to be mediocre. Just returned from a 1 night stay and would have to change it to poor. The front desk persons we encountered throughout the stay, along with a woman I assume to be the owner, should look up the words "service" and "welcoming" in the dictionary....

Very unique place, I have been going there for years but this was the first time I have ever seen a dog being led thru the spa/downstairs area. Not really what I am looking for. If it was a "therapy dog" please get the help you need and leave the dog at home where it belongs, not at your office....

Love this place. Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Totally delightful visit. Love the vapor cave and the hot spring grotto pool...wonderful. They also heat the whole place with the hot springs! They offer a spa there as well and we all signed up for massages...loved it. We woke up to a winter wonderland of snow. A great place fun people to chat...

We loved the Hot Springs Pool and the central location, but we were very disappointed in the accommodation. We rented 'The House Across the Street' and from the outside it looked very charming, but inside was a different story. The whole place needed a good clean but the bathroom was atrocious. Surely the bathroom floor in a hotel should be...

Each year my husband and I would set aside four days to travel to Ouray for our Anniversary. It would take one day to get there, two days to enjoy just doing "nothing" there, and another to drive home. Our destination has always been the Wiesbaden. It is a quaint little lodge nestled up against the backdrop of the steep...

We booked the rustic cabin and had 2 frees sessions in the private hot springs area. The cabin was built by prospectors on top of Chief Ouray's original cabin. The facility itself has a lot of rich history and has 3 different hot springs, one of them being in a cave below the building. We were really impressed with Ouray...

We chose this hotel as an alternative because the Ouray hot springs is closed. The Wiesbaden pool is nice and the vapor cave was quite an experience. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable as well. While my rating is pretty high due to the pool and cave experience, I will...
