Customer service and facilities were fantastic. Lady working the desk suggested the fantastic Asian restaurant across the street. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, a lot of over-processed fruit bars and cereals. No hot food

Gorgeous scenery all around you (some rooms butt up against Reservoir Hill, an excellent hiking location) and even deer outside your door. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The rec room and hot tub are fabulous, and the wifi is excellent with no restrictions. All in all the best value in Pagosa Springs.

I have stayed in various rooms numerous times and always stay here when I'm in Pagosa. I find them private and comfortable, some with a hint of ski or hunting lodge. I take my dog for walks to the San Juan River, directly adjacent to the hotel or up a mountain path right behind the hotel. A bonus is that...

Our room was very clean for how old it was and we had no problems at all. There were plenty of towels and we didn't get disturbed once all week because we put a sign on our door. The wifi worked just fine and we got quite a few channels to watch pretty much anything if you get snowed in....

Pros: - probably one of the cheapest places in Pagosa - cool location by the river, some restaurants nearby - rooms are clean Cons (it is cheap for a reason) - mattresses are older than I am (and I have gray hair) - heaters are LOUD, but very effective (so this is a pro and a con) - parking lot...

We stayed here the night before we went boarding at Wolf Creek. It's what you expect for a motel. Everything was clean and moderately comfortable. Close to restaurants and only 30 min from Wolf Creek.

I wish to preface this review with the fact that I have stayed at this establishment for dozens of nights and have spent thousands of dollars over the last six months. I have left one honest review of this place and have not detailed my many problems in subsequent visits because it just wasn't worth my time. But my last...

You are Right! It has been the WORST TREATMENT OF OUR LIVES. I will not subject my staff or myself to continual verbal abuse. Our records show you have stayed a total of nine times with us since June of 2016. There are documented complaints, from you, about something being wrong with every cabin or room you have stayed in....

We stayed for an evening traveling through. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. We liked it also because it was pet friendly. We thought it was a bit overpriced for what we got for our money.

Was traveling with a family member and stayed here our last night in Pagosa, We got a cabin which was ok, very rustic. They are older but the bed was comfortable and the cabin was clean. We checked in early and they were accommodating, which was nice. The cabin is close to the river. The noise from Hwy 160 minimal...

I have found the service at this hotel to be excellent . Two years in a row, we arrived late, well after regular check-in hours. Both times they told us what room we were in and where we could locate the key. There is a nice light breakfast in the hospitality room. Overall the rooms were clean, but on this...
