The motel room was very comfortable. The staff was helpful, providing a hair dryer upon request. The breakfast was simple but filling. We saw deer grazing on the back of the property. A nice strip shopping mall was across the street, and a farmers' market was at the far end of the motel property. The Pagosa Springs Museum is a...

What a dump. Mouse poop or bugs on the floor in the bathroom. The mattress was as hard as a rock. Thought about sleeping on the squishy carpet but was afraid something would bite me. I'd sleep in my car before I'd stay here again.

We stayed in room 52, only 1 neighbor, no connecting interior door. Quiet, clean, simple room. Great location, walked to everything in downtown area. Farmer's market right next door on Saturday morning. Got great pastries, and tamales to go. Did not sample their breakfast so cannot comment. I did call front desk about 10pm to ask neighbors sitting outside our...

Well, there are good points about this place. The location is very good, the property is beautiful and it is dog friendly. We stayed in cabin 7 - great that there was a fridge and stove - however, beds/pillows were unbearably uncomfortable and the A/C worked as well as it could but it got warm in there. My suggestions: bring...

We were to stay last Friday and when we went in the room and sat on the bed we sunk to the bottom of the mattress which I think was as old as the motel. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and they did not have one but was quick to offer a refund, which...

The Motel is on the older side, but is clean. Mini Frig in the room. WiFi. I have stayed here in the Winter to ski at Wolf Creek and in July to go hiking. The motel is in walking distance to great restaurants like Kip's (Mexican Food) or The Alley House (Fancy). The Springs are nearby and are a wonderful...

We broke down in our RV leaving Durango and on our way to Trinidad at the bottom of Wolf Creek Pass outside of Pagosa Springs. We booked a room at the San Juan Motel. I was so pleased with their flexibility as we had five in our party: my wife and I plus our 10 year old daughter and two...

On road trips, my wife and I have a policy to spend less than $100 for a hotel room. We always opt to see the rooms first. We viewed rooms at San Juan and across the street. We felt San Juan had better karma. We stayed in room 36, which faces the highway on the east end of town. After...

We stayed here for one night while on a road trip of 7 days ... we paid $100 for 4 people to stay here ...i can safely say this property would rank 7 in our list ... the property was highly over priced for what it offered .... it is very basic and you should not expect anything much ......
