The staff wasVery friendly. The rooms were clean and the king size bed was very comfy. Very affordable for a low budget mini-vacation. The staff gave ideas for the different hot springs in the area. The hotel was at the far end of town which was actually nice because we got to see the whole are!

Not much to say, except everything was clean and comfortable. Sometimes, no surprises are nice. Just a note--if you have any shopping errands, there's a Dollar General next to the hotel, and a City Market about a quarter mile away. Plenty of restaurants nearby, too.

The lodging was average but beds comfortable to sleep. Rooms were clean. Wifi worked but needed to log on every time you got on your computer and sometimes during use of the computer. Family whom must run the Econolodge were accommodating but the older gentleman seemed to wish he was someplace else. The lady was very friendly and helpful. Dog...

Good value, including pool/hot tub, comfortable beds, basic breakfast at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly. The one downside is that the place smells of cigarettes despite having many non-smoking rooms. The location is in west pagosa but not far from downtown, so close to everything. Road noise is quite minimal even in roadside rooms.

Desk person made excuses about being full, even when we were the 3rd party checking in? Rooms south and East are not quiet. Get one on the back by the patio if you want quiet. Skipped the breakfast. No protein.

For the money its not very nice. Its a 50 to 60 place. Toilets are crooked in bathroom. Sink outside of bathroom. Vanity mirrors made for 5ft folks. Dog hair covered one bed and sheets had to be changed after we complained. Not a very nice place. Keep moving id recommend.

The Indoor pool, jacuzzi and pretty, quiet courtyard were all well maintained and enjoyable. Very convenient location, right off the highway but rooms on the backside were quiet, shielded from traffic noise.

We often seek out mom & pop hotels rather than give $ to chains, but this one was a relief after a disastrous stay (no water in morning; office closed til 8; left without washing up) the night before at the mom & pop Rio Grande Motel in Monte Vista, CO. I stayed here with the family. The hotel was clean and quiet. We stayed on 2nd floor which I would recommend.
