The gardens are gorgeous and the water is so relaxing--lots of lithium and doesn't smell like sulfur. There are lots of different temperature soaking pools, so you can find your perfect temperature. There's also a sauna and community kitchen.

Have stayed there numerous times over the years, but only camped. Room was available this trip and was excellent. During working hours the rooms upstairs are a bit noisy, but was fine after 10 PM. Facilities are well maintained. Pools were great, it's always fantastic to get a soak first thing in the morning. The 6 rooms do share 2...

This was our first time to visit Orvis, we stayed two night and really enjoyed our stay. I wasn't sure I would be comfortable with clothing optional but found just the opposite to be true. The main pool is large and very enjoyable but we were disappointed in two of the others. We didn't try the indoor pool, being July...

Don't miss memories from this Eden. Check Orvis out and you will be back. Great place to lay in the sun or play gin in the shade of the trees. The hot springs are odorless and clean with varying temperatures. The only mistake you can make is not stopping!

Lovely gardens and lawns add to the great soak pools. Folks keep to themselves unless a communication need comes up then are warm and easy going. I've now been there 4 times. It's a great therapy and break from the world outside. I had a massage this visit and must give my highest ranking ever to JULIE. Wow, I needed...

What can I say about this great place that hasn't already been said? I'll just tell you why I like Orvis better than most other hotels and accommodations. First of all, a pool and hot tub is something I want from a hotel and then it needs to NOT CLOSE that pool at 10pm. After a day of activities and...

A light dusting of snow came down while I sat in the "lobster pot", the hottest of the naturally-fed pools. What a treat! A mellow crowd and a friendly staff made this a magical, and relaxing, time. Ridgway has a lot to offer nearby, but I decided to just sit and soak! I'll definitely be back soon.

I have visited Orvis several times over a 30 year period (I'm not a local), and am amazed and delighted by the improvements every time. This is truly one of the best (commercial) Hot Springs in the United States! The buildings and (interior) grounds are delightful, and the landscaping within the fencing is lovely; providing visitors with areas of privacy...

I wish I was still there! Lovely place. The staff there are very friendly, and two resident cats are excellent companions for those needing a "cat fix" on their vacation. There are several pools to choose from including a very hot one (the "lobster pot"), a general soaking pool that is also the largest and includes a cold drip and...
