$50/night seemed excessive for 20# dog and I am diamond member. Dog poop throughout grounds of property although poop stations available. Refrigerator in room did not work and no one at front desk for help.
Central location to Keystone or Copper or even Breck. Surrounded by fast food and retail. Hotel is newer, clean, has a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Lots of free parking. Even during Covid, they still offered a mostly normal Hampton breakfast, including hot breakfast burritos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant surprise all around.
This is a great place to stay for skiing or hanging out in Summit County. Mary at the front desk is awesome and helpful. I wish all front desk people were like her. I’m allergic to dogs and I hate seeing dogs in the hallway. One dog was outside and did his “business” and the owner did not pick it up. I hate that hotels are allowing dogs. It will make me not want to stay at Hamptons.
Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Outlet shops within walking distance. You better hope you get quiet neighbors because the walls are paper thin. It said complimentary breakfast, which is true, but you don’t get a choice, they just give you a box of a cold bagel, yogurt and hard boiled egg. Probably due to coronavirus.
We booked a room with points for two nights and checked out after one night. The service was poor at the front desk- I stood in front of the agent while he played on his phone with his head down until I said “hello” to get him to acknowledge me. Breakfast was on the low end with a box of a bagel, yogurt and a juice. Your Marriott competition for the same level of hotel is blowing you away with the breakfast they serve. The room was a tiny two queen room and extremely loud. We barely slept all night and then awoke to the fresh smell of marijuana throughout the floor. One good part about the stay was reserving 30 minutes to use the pool/hot tub with the kids. We checked out and were lucky to find an available room at a Marriott property. Very disappointing, we will not stay here again.…
