a one night stay at the Triangle Motel. The room was super clear and the bathroom seemed recently updated. The room is basic nothing fancy but was perfectly functional. After all you are there to sleep after skiing all day . You really do not need anything else. The continental breakfast was good (great lemon scones) . The room had a...

My boyfirend and I spent the night in Silverton after riding the train up from Durango to view the autumn colors. We were looking for an affordable, clean comfortable room for the night and were delighted with our room at the Triangle Motel. Room 9 has a queen bed, desk and flat screen TV in the main room and 2...

We stayed in room 1 and it was perfect. It was a moderate side room with a small little kitchenette and nice size bath. It was clean and very comfortable. It seems like it was newly remodeled. When we return the Silverton, we won't stay anywhere else. The folks running the place were fantastic, nice, and very helpful if you...

We stayed in room 12 and it was worn looking but I think they have updated most rooms. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple with cereal, toast, boiled eggs and if your lucky homemade warm scones. This is a mom and pop place so don't expect all the bells and whistles from chain places....

We stayed in room 4 which appeared to be very recently remodeled. The room was small but very clean and had an excellent bed and a good choice of firm and not firm pillows. I have taken to giving bed comfort numeric ratings and this one gets a 9/10 and a choice of pillow firmness was really a plus. Breakfast...

We stayed in one of the upstairs apartments with a separate bedroom and full kitchen (complete with dishes and a dishwasher!). Unit was clean, recently renovated and king-size bed was super comfortable. Futon in living room could use new foam, but otherwise the furniture is in excellent condition. Cindy and Bill, the managers, were excellent "hosts", friendly and accommodating. ATV...

Overnight stay in Silverton, Co. for close wildlife viewing in the beautiful San Juan Range. Small, great priced two story motel, super friendly staff! The property may be older, but the rooms were comfortable and spotless. Since the elevation is at 9,308', there are fans in the rooms but no A/C. It was a fabulous cool summer evening, so our...

I stayed here on an overnight trip and loved it! The owners were very friendly and helpful, and I thought the rooms were fantastic for the price. There are some fancy boutique hotels in the area, but if you are looking for inexpensive and comfortable, the Triangle is great. My room had a queen, plus 2 singles in a separate...

What a wonderful place to stay - this was a cut above the usual motel. It was freshly remodeled, spacious, wonderful service, perfect location and good value too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Silverton! The only small change i would make is that it would be good if breakfast went a little later- we missed out.
