We had a family reunion here. I had a Deluxe full hookups pull through reservation since Feb. When I got there they had me in a back in with electric only. They did refund me a night and gave me the spot I saw and demanded. There's only one communal fire pit. I had called prior to the trip to...

We camped here while our daughter rented one of their cabins. We found the campground to be relatively quiet and well taken care of. Our grandkids had a fantastic time at the playground and pool - we could watch them from our site. One of the best things is the free city shuttle stops here every 20 minutes or so...

Our family came with a trailer and we got put in an overflow lot, even though we had a reservation. It was right by the highway, so really noisy. There was a community fire pit right outside our site and quiet hours were not enforced at all! People were out there screaming and yelling until the middle of the night....

Nonexistent management, kids with no training in professionalism (not their fault) were left in charge on this super busy weekend. Noone cares! Garbage overloading dumpsters (including a TV), campers with bags of cereal and Slurpees left out on picnic table for DAYS - no respect or caution for bears who are active in the area. I felt bad for the...

Here for one day. When trying to check in, they ignored me for a number of minutes then acted as if I was desturbing them. The lady manager said they were full. when I said I had a reservation she just ignored me and stared at me like I was some kind of bug. Bathrooms are dirty. Go someplace else...

We had a site across the river so it lessened the traffic noise. Good grassy pitch with shade wifi works well in the morning. Unfortunately this campground seems to only have kids working there so disappointing. Showers dirty and very busy only 4 for the entire site. Toilets over in camping area only 1 functioning 2 out of order. Microwave...

KOA recently took this over and quite frankly it was much better before as the Steamboat Springs Campground, as I have stayed here in the past. I booked this trip online and was unaware that most of the tent camping is currently inaccessible due to construction on a bridge. My site was placed between two other tents on the "RV...

For somebody to say this place is trashy and hasn't seen anyone lift a finger is a little beyond me... I do nothing but see people around here fixing this fixing that... yeah plumbing may have its days but this is a campground, a facility used for summer enjoyment, excuse them if they cant meet your corporate vision of what...

The review from Sept 20, 2014 was made prior to KOA taking over the campground in Oct and new manager, Jim M. coming in. I moved here in late Nov to camp in one of the cabins for winter. Since that time I have personally only seen the new manager plow snow. Nothing else, except walk him dog. We have...

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The showers were clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful we had a mechanical problem with our rv and the staff made one call and we were able to find mechanical help that came to the park. The grounds are clean. The rv park is on a major...

“If it's warm outside, opt for a Single cabin next to the river. The restrooms are near enough and it's cooler by the river.”
