Nice facility. Great location. Ski-in-ski-out is very convenient. Staff is very attentive (thanks Al!). The new (huge) fire pit was a great addition! We spent every evening sitting around the fire talking with family and meeting new friends. Will definitely stay there again next year!

Well maintained property with a friendly helpful staff. Yes, it really is ski in and out. This is really one of the best located properties if you want: 1) ski in/out, 2) a full featured condo (we ate in Bfast and Lunch each day), and 3) easy access to Gondola village or downtown - the free shuttle service always indicated...

We loved our stay at Chateau Chamonix, especially Al who was super friendly and helpful with our whole family. The location was perfect ski in / ski out and our unit overlooked our kids in ski school. The shuttle service was great, although everything was so close we only had to use once. Housekeeping came every other day here. Our...

Chateau Chamonix is not a luxury condo community, but it is great if your days are spent skiing, and you mostly use the unit to sleep and eat breakfast. We are a family of four, and loved our stay there. The pool and hot tub are perfectly nice for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The staff is...

Our family of 4 just returned from a fabulous 5 nights in Steamboat! Loved the location of Chateau Chamonix. The first day we were able to watch my two children learn to ski with a glass of wine and a fire as our unit overlooked the ski school slope! It was PERFECT! While the unit was a little dated, the...

I have stayed at Chateau Chamonix with friends for the past five years. The lodgings are warm and inviting. The slope-side location is fantastic, just 200 yards above the gondola base. Al Choy, the front desk manager (and former racer), is fantastic! He made us feel welcomed like family and we even had a chance to ski with him when...

This is the best hotel in Steamboat. The slopes were feet from the hotel and the shuttle took you where ever you wanted. The best part was Al. He was there when we needed him and always had his cheerful attitude with him. This is a 5 star experience for sure.

We loved staying here! The location was great and the room clean and comfortable! Loved being able to walk right next door to Snowbird Restaurant for breakfast every morning! Al at the front desk (and everywhere else) was the most helpful staff member I have ever met! We stayed in Unit 144 and would again! The bed was as comfortable...

Ok, this place is nice - not amazing ( amazing location though ), but very very nice and most certainly as advertised. What is amazing is the front desk staff. Al and his assistant Tom were super stars. If management read this you have some true assets in your organisation with these guys

We recently stayed in unit 132 which was an awesome unit, the décor was great and the views of the slopes and base area were fantastic.
