We booked the resort had a family emergency we're not able to go and not even a call from the resort. They would not refund us or even give us a credit. The resort made double on our room by booking someone else. Bad business.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of our reservations process. Your party called and advised us of your situation and we broke our protocol by changing your dates with no penalty. We received a second call closer to arrival seeking permission to "list the vacation on Craig list" to resell it. Unfortunately, due to liability issues, we...

I've stayed at alot of condos in Colorado at ski resorts. Usually I find a really great deal at a super awesome place. I feel like I failed with steamboat. While the location is great (Ski in not so much ski out) and the price for the condo was among the lowest of all the surrounds places by literally hundreds...

I recently stayed at Storm Meadows at Christie Base and overall it wasn't too bad. My biggest complaint is that there is no shuttle service. When I booked my stay, I was under the impression there was shuttle service in addition to the Free Bus. When I checked in, the staff said simply call & the shuttle will be dispatched...

We recently spent Spring Break week at Steamboat. We reserved through the Steamboat website and got a 20% discount on lodging and lift tickets. Check in was easy at a central location. We were given a 1-Bedroom in Building 1, #230. It is located on the 2nd floor. Getting to the unit proved to be challenging. The entry from the...

Everything about our condo was just perfect. We were amazed from the minute we stepped inside. It was very clean and the view was amazing, the slopes were minutes from the condos. We entertained up to 8 guests easily, hosting two dinner parties which turned out perfect. The main bedroom was very spacious, the living room with gas fireplace was...

The location of Storm Meadows at Christie Base is great. You can ski rigth out of the complex to the lift, and ski right back utilizing a couple of different runs. It's great to be able to stop by the room during the day for any such needs.

This was our second visit to Storm Meadows (stayed 2005 too) this time we were allocated a room in the East building which by the way is the oldest (1960`s) and due to be demolised and rebuilt, but this is the only block you can actually ski in and out of, a free town shuttle stops outside too. Building is...

This property satisfied our needs for our trip, close to skiing and still close to public bus route. General maintenance was a little lacking ( no light on stairs leading to and from condo) lack of working humidifiers in unit. Would I stay here again yes, very happy with most. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to help make our...

Would NOT recommend. First stay was in a beautiful condo, very nicely decorated. After my first stay, I figured I would stay at this resort in future visits, and recommend it to others. My second stay was just the opposite. The condo was very outdated. Understand that these condos are individually owned and managed by a reality company. This means...
