So to start if you're not an owner as they call it, the front desk guy is rude and rushes you along like you're not worth their time almost.. He told my wife that he just needed her card for security purposes and that she would only see a $1.00-$5.00 charge at most after she specifically asked, a hundred dollars... More

I thought booking at a Wyndham would be a great experience. However, it was anything but good. Upon check in, they asked for a card. I know this is normal procedure, so I gave it to them. I then specifically asked if they were going to charge it, or just put in on file in case something happened. The man... More

We were very impressed with the staff and facilities at The Villages. It was a great experience with beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony. As we traveled in the "off season," we did had a very relaxed and laid back week. We had snow two days in October which was a fabulous experience for us - we are... More

The accommodations are great. Very clean and well stocked. Underground parking available. The view from building 6 is phenomenal. The property amenities are unmatched. (Backstory: we booked through Armed Forces Vacation Club and are not owners.) Because we aren't owners we were approached at check-in about attending a presentation....then again later that night we got a phone call asking if... More

Stayed in a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Condo Unit. The Deluxe Units have been updated and has a jetted bathtub in it. The Room was nice, clean, around 800 sq ft. Multiple Hot Tubs and pools are located throughout the Property. Large Balcony's, Community BBQ Grills, Basketball Court, and ample sidewalks make for entertaining all members of the family. Full Kitchen... More

We have stayed here many times and hope to stay many more-we are never disappointed. We have gone during the winter for skiing and during the summer. In the winter the ski shuttle is convenient and easy to use. The hot tubs are open year round and are big (some buildings have smaller ones but you can always go to... More

The property was well Kept and very close to everything. were on the second floor and I think they were provide rentals. We went with another couple. The only drawback was the balcony backed up to I-40 and it was a bit noisy.

We just spent a week in this condo and frankly, we were not impressed. The good things about this place were that it's close to downtown Steamboat, the pool was good (there are 3 pools - the indoor one has freezing cold water, so we just used the outdoor one closest to our building). The unit has a Murphy bed... More

The location and units are excellent but there were many frustrations. They assigned 5 women with skis and bags to a unit on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevators which was simply not acceptable. We had to argue for a ground floor unit while the shuttle bus driver waited for 30 minutes or more outside with our... More

We had the suite on the 3rd floor in building 3. It's a spacious 4 bath, 3 bdrm of which 2 are masters, washer/dryer, private hot tub. Well appointed kitchen. Departure day was handled poorly. Our flight left at 6pm ; so, we skied in the mornin. We were told we had to move out of our room but could... More
