Booked this hotel via Booking.com. Was rated as 4 star. Looked OK on their website and was located within walking distance of an event I had to attend. Hotel was very poor. Room was OK, simple but clean. Wifi very hit and miss. Didn't have the bath that the description promised. Restaurant was only ever open for breakfast and not for lunch and dinner as advertised. To be honest I wouldn't have used it anyway as the breakfast was inedible and looked like it had been out since the day before. Staff refused to let me pay by credit card and were very rude. Way below the standard of every other 4 star hotel I have stayed in when I have been to Thailand.
