... and they accommodated my daughter and I at 11! Upon entering my room there was a welcome card with flowers that said welcome Zachary !Piwawan At the reception desk helped me set up my Wi-Fi when I couldn’t login.
The sheets were clean and the rooms are a good size. We had two rooms. They had many mosquitos in them and we found two cockroaches in ours - dying - as we had sprayed bug killer to get rid of the mossies. The hotel...

Having stayed here before I was prepared for the quirks of the property. Located above the Armenia Restaurant, directly across from the beach. Good news, you can get a room with a king bed, a single, a couch a full size fridge,a large table and modern bathroom for 500-700 depending on season and booking window. Car parking on side street with security. Bad news, there is no real staff for hotel , so check in is performed by waitstaff in the restaurant, so avoid peak mealtimes unless you want to wait and be subject to some serious attitude. Rooms are not serviced on a daily basis, so you have to ask for drinking water, toilet paper towels. The service staff attitude is highly variable, from a helpful chef who offered to carry my bags from the fourth floor when he encountered me lugging them down the steps, to a very surly waitress who seems to treat any request as a severe imposition. Like many small Thai properties, small threadbare towels that have seen better days sheets clean, but in need of replacement . Schlechte Unterkunft, die Zimmer werden selten gereinigt. Frische Handtücher sind Glücksache... Um Toillettenpapier zu bekommen muss man nachfragen, es sieht erstmal sehr günstig aus aber für den Preis bekommt man viel bessere saubere Unterkünfte ... Fazit: kann man Buchen - sollte man aber lieber nicht :o(((

Останавливались в этом гэстхаусе в марте 2017 года. Выбрали его из-за расположения и невысокой цены. Отель мне нужен был только для того, чтобы приходить ночевать, так как я каждый день ездила на экскурсии, в том числе и двухдневные. Здесь есть все необходимое: достаточно удобная кровать, кондиционер, душ, горячая вода, холодильник, шкаф для одежды, телевизор (но я и в России его не смотрю). Отличный вид с балкона, мы снимали номер на третьем этаже, поэтому вся паутина проводов была ниже. Wi-Fi отлично работал на первом этаже. В номере с интернетом были проблемы. На первом этаже кафе Армения. Хозяин (несложно догадаться) арменин, очень гостеприимный, каждый день интересовался, все ли хорошо, куда ездили, все ли нравится. А вот персонал нерасторопный. Уборка за две недели была всего пару раз. Но хозяин обещал это исправить. Очень большой плюс этого гэстахауса - его местопложение. Спокойный район Джомтьен, чистый пляж и море (по сравнению с остальным городом). Недалеко расположен ночной рынок, ходят сонг-тео (уехать можно в любую точку города). И по вечерам приятно прогуляться по набережной.…

clean and spacious room on the 3rd floor without elevator, facing the busy street and the beach, very good location, the only problem was the traffic noise from the street, who doesn't mind then this is the best choice. Several cheap food venders around, 7/11 store just next door, "taxi" downtown from here costs just 10 THB per person.The beach just across the street

the room was good size, the bed was very comfortable but the duvet was far too small for the size of bed. the drain in shower booth was blocked. good view, good location. the orner was nice guy but the girl at reception had serious attitude problem.
