Looking for a great place with wonderful rooms, perfect pool and outstanding staff come here. Everyone was super helpful and breakfast had something for everyone. We can’t say enough about it and will come back.
Room is clean and comfortable. Accommodation is good for your satisfaction. The swimming pool is brilliant. Overall is best value for money for business trip. This hotel is best for family holiday too and they have a huge swimming pool all around the hotel. The kids will love it.
Good food, Nice place, Very good service we get more than we pay Hope will have new promotion again i will join ^V^ End of this Mont we booking for connecting rooms Hope we will enjoy and got very good service See you soon
Wow this place is the worst. Terrible hard bed. Huge cheap pillows that break your neck when you sleep. Cheap blankets on beds. Our bathroom door handle fell off when we closed the door on our first night. Our bathroom light doesn’t work. We have a pool suite. Sounds nice! Until you realize that this small pool is the same one for the whole hotel of over 150 rooms! Just try to sleep at 10pm when they allow guest to scream and do cannon balls and diving into a tiny pool literally 4 feet from your bed. We called and complained about the noise and we were told “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. They said the asked them to leave but they didn’t. I had to go out in my boxers and tell them all myself. Great customer service! Well fast forward to day two. We wanted to upgrade to a room with a softer bed and higher quality pillows. Price displayed on front desk showing a price difference of 480 baht between our current room and the better one. She Insisted on charging me a surcharge for a “walk in rate” totalling nearly 1000 baht!! More than double of what’s displayed on their own price sheet at the reception desk. Even the difference in the price of room on my booking website Expedia is only 300 baht! Total ripoff. This management would rather keep us unhappy and uncomfortable than rent the better room in a completely empty hotel or rip us off. The english speaking lady manager should be fired for taking such terrible care of their supposedly appreciated guests. No wonder why this place is empty! The hotel restaurant was closed due to low occupancy. There is another restaurant for the resort side of the property so I’ve gone there twice and it’s been a gong show both times. Only person in there and it took 20 minuets for a beer and next day 25 minuets for a cup of coffee in a completely empty restaurant. Over an hour both times for the food. They brought us the wrong dish and the server and chef had a yelling match in front of us. Absolutely terrible customer service and terribly managed property. Will never come back and will never will suggest another traveler to stay here. In the end bad experience and very disappointing!!! …
Service here is horrid, wait 1.5 hours + for food at the restaurant that is dead empty.30 minutes for them to bring you a beer or a coffee? It’s like they take your order then fly in to space every time. They messed up our order on both occasions visiting the restaurant and screamed at each other in front of us. Beds are super uncomfortable, rock hard, look comfortable in the photos but trust me they are not! Super cheap, huge neck breaking pillows with no other option, cheap plastic, scratchy feeling duvet. Horrible customer service. Good god. Tried upgrading to a bigger room, the difference online was 350 baut where we booked the room (Expedia). They didn’t want to do the difference of that price which is (kind of) understandable, but not really. So, they have displayed right in the lobby in front of your face the prices for the rooms, and the room we wanted to upgrade to was displayed clearly at 480 baht more then the room we had. She refused to let us pay the difference of the rate to upgrade to the bigger room and insisted we must pay the made up “walk in rate” of 1000 baht for the bigger room instead. What in the hell? We argued with them for a good 20 minutes about this at the front desk and still no resolution. The hotel is also dead empty, so empty the restaurant that’s suppose to be open as advertised is closed at 7:00. On top of all of this, the first night there were 20+ Chinese adult and children (a TON of them!) playing, splashing, cannon balling and yelling DIRECTLY in front of our room from 9pm-10pm (our room has a slim swimming pool literally 1 foot from our sliding glass door, directly in front of it where the bed is, that apparently is public). I understand that pool hours go until 10pm, but if people are being totally unreasonably loud, at any time, but especially in the evening, they should be talked to and be told to be quiet. When we called the front desk they repeatedly told us they would not do anything about it and we had to ourselves, twice. Oh, and the bathroom light doesn’t work so we’ve been using the bathroom in the dark. There are many other hotels in Pattaya that are the same or cheaper that are much more comfortable with better beds and service. Highly recommend skipping this place and spending your money elsewhere, or you will likely be very disappointed. - , From two very experienced travellers...…
