Pros - cheap, central, friendly reception. Cons - Noise, Air-con no good, WI-FI no good, poor breakfast. Feel I must give a true and honest review to save future tourists from this experience. Woke up at 4am every morning with neighbours cock! Crowing at first light... Extremely loud and continued for hours! Air conditioning is totally inadequate and makes room conditions unpleasant. Offered FREE WiFi but was very unstable all of the time. Offered breakfast included... To be taken in a small glass fronted lounge area that was unbearable with heat and no air conditioning. Breakfast offered was soup and chicken sandwich.... Just what you need!! Rooms were basic, shower area moldy and unpleasant. Receptionist was as helpful as could be, but not able to resolve any of these issues. I would neither recommend or return to this property. …

For those neighbours cock, most of our guest were happy to hear sound from our world mates. But I do apologize if you hate those sound, this is truly out of controlled, it would take a little bit of time to relocate them all. WiFi signal, would stable or not, depends on signal from internet provider & traffic from our users in the hotel (hotel room were fully occupied for the period you stayed). Plese accept my apology for an unstable signal, it happens. For breakfast, normally, it's being changed every morning, if you stay for 7 night, you will see that we have variety of dish for each morning, not just a soup & chicken sandwich. We also offer mini salad & bread buffet corner for our lovely guest, as well as a 24 hours of fresh coffee, hot tea & cocoa. Enjoy them with fresh air in both indoor & outdoor area, please do not hesitate to ask our reception if you need a fan or even to turn on an air-conditioning.

When you enter into the road maybe you’ll think how’ll be the hotel look like. But when you get at the entrance you’ll feel better. And yes when you enter the staffs will welcome you with a smile and though I booked the hotel online I was happy to see before going there they prepared our room already. The room ambience was awesome we were just impressed with the room and the blue color made us feel that yes we are in a beachside. The beach is just in a walking distance you can just go by the road and cross to go onto the beach. Everything was clean and they’ve bikes for rent. The breakfast was also good European style. The staffs are pretty helpful. Overall yeah I loved the hotel. If I visit pattaya I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

This is a boutique hotel with a distinct charm. The thing I liked most about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was clean and had the basic essentials. Being unfamiliar with the Pattaya area, I must say that I made a mistake by choosing this area (Jomtien) because my friend lives near the Walking Street area. Consequently, I needed to find transportation to and from and traffic after work is quite bad (requiring about 30 minutes).

Whatever negative(only very few) I had read about this hotel turned out to be absolutely false.. we stepped in on 23rd March 2018 for two nights. Located hardly 2 minutes from the Jomtien beach...rooms are quite spacious, clean and neatly organised. All the staffs are very courteous... Always a smiling face!! Breakfast is good.. Would recommend to any travellers..

We were at this hotel in february 2018 in amount of 7 people. We totally felt in love with this hotel. I f you look at the price and than compare it with 200 metres from the Jomtien beach, excellent hotel team and pretty awesome rooms for 2 star hotel, you will realise that this hotel worth even more than we spent there. Special thanks to the Fix, he was at the reception of the hotel. We would defenitelly advise this hotel and will back again.
