Horrible service and property , blackmailing from the start. All they want to
Dp is extort for money

We checked out late by just 30 minutes and we mentioned this to the staff and they charged us 1800 Bhatt, the location is also not good please beware they have cheating , while we also paid 4000 Bhatt for early check in.. the villa Is completely empty and there is no one waiting for the villa They just want to rob decent customers

Amazing place! Amazing hospitality!

Quite simply an amazing experience from arrival to check out with the lovely Max and her team! Paid an upgrade fee upon arrival to go from 3 to 4 bed apartment to enjoy the larger pool and much bigger footprint in general. 4 large rooms all en-suite with huge lounge and the outside areas both front and back are very generous. Kitchen is more than adequate but we had 4 cooked breakfasts delivered within 20 mins of order each morning and set up by the courier in your apartment - the same with Dominos and would you believe McDonalds! Anyway I digress! The place has everything you need! We were a family of 4 - Mum & Dad & two 21yr old daughters and everyone felt at home as soon as we unpacked! The pool was cloudy as it was still being cleaned as they hadn’t had a booking on it! Max and her team immediately had a team of 4 working on the problem and we were told it would be 2hrs before safe to swim in! When we returned from Jimmys Den in the Rompho market just 2 mins on a motorcycle taxi from door to door for just £2 - Great place for a quick snack, drink, game of pool or just for the company and to meet some amazing new friends. Shameless plug! Digression again! 😉 The place is huge and well kitted out with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout - large ensuite bathrooms with double sinks and one of the rooms (I think) has a huge bath! Cleaning service was amazing! A team of 6 descends upon your front door at a pre agreed time each morning and within 30 minutes the place is spotless again and with fresh sheets every few days and clean towels each day it was a perfect experience. Everyone locally was very friendly and helpful. You get a separate room for your washing and drying attached outside the house - fantastic new machine - they provided some powder but you’ll to buy your own if staying any length Even a room for storing all your cases after unpacking. We stayed in T2 and the pool / garden is probably the most private from looking at the others. There is even a bbq and some complimentary fire lighters and coals are available at reception. The sound system is extremely good but the sound proofing is actually very good as well. However once those patio doors are opened and your favourite playlist is being streamed from your iPhone the whole of outside becomes the ultimate venue for a pool party! I would genuinely recommend this to any young couples with mates, young or old families and for kids of all ages! Location is perfect and close to the beach road. Happy to answer any questions if you are planning to book in Pattaya. We are planning to return the same time next year! You will not be disappointed in T2 …

Nice family accommodation in Pattaya in a short wakling distance from Jomtien Beach

We stayed there for 5 days around New Year; two families with 6 children aged 1-15. The staff were nice and helpful, the territory well-maintained, quiet. The garage came in handy as we rented a car. The villa was spacious, rooms clean and tidy. The stairs to the upper floor were a bit too steep for our liking because of the small children, so we had to keep watch. We could not connect the TV to the internet or portable devices, so it was not used at all. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. We were offered a day boat trip to Koh Phai, a small island 30 minutes away from Pattaya, which we accepted and enjoyed. The Villas are located in a short walking distance from a market, bustling with people in the evening. One can eat out very cheap there.

JUST BOOK IT NOW.

I decided to book directly with Tropicana Pool Villa via their website and instantly received a great deal for a 2 night stay. 2,000 THB for a private pool is a bargain no matter where you are in Thailand. It’s that simple. The pool villa was incredible. Spacious, cozy and a nice interior design complimented the awesome swimming pool. The water was clean in the pool and it was so convenient having it right beside the bedroom door. The rooms were well maintained and the cleaning staff were friendly and showed respect at all times. The Tropicana Pool Villa offers a coffee shop and allows guests to order food in quickly Incase they get hungry. The owners went to great measures insuring I was well taken care of and really made my stay enjoyable. In fact - I will be returning their white often as the location is also great. If your looking for a piece of luxury for a low cost - Tropicana Pool Villa gives you this opportunity. You will NOT be disappointed.…

Nice private Villa!

A group of 6 living in 4 bedrooms during July 2018. It is easy to get there if you rent a car and having google map to guide you. Once we arrived, the landlord guide us to our Villa. A very clean Villa with a private pool. We have BBQ beside the pool in the first night which is very great. We are too excited and didn't connect their free wifi until at night. Unfortunately, it is not working. We called and they tried to help which I felt very appreciated. Although is not working either, the reason they gave us is iPhone have problem to connect their wifi. which is I think need to improve. Overall is good/ clean / land lord is helpful, I am sure to come back again.
