Price high for the service offered, the grounds are covered with tree stumps that are a fall hazard when walking. The restrooms were dirty looked like someone mopped the floors with a dirty mop. The staff was friendly, informative or area lake, laundry room spotless. The 5 mph speed limit was not observed by hunters on their ATVs, The current...

We stayed 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff is great, the campground is beautiful, and the location is heaven. The campground has both tent and rv sites with partial to full hook up, many sites semi private...due to pine beetle trees have been cut down but it actually enhances the views. There are also rustic to deluxe...

This is one of our favorite places to camp. It's no longer a koa but it's a really nice area. Not your typical Campground. It's wooded and the sites are spread out. It's not fancy but it's a good place to camp. It's close to Michigan Lake which is beautiful and Ranger Lakes plus only a few minutes to Walden

It is no longer a koa, so the grounds are a bit on the 'rustic' side in that they aren't maintained that well. The tent sites really need work since overgrown with weeds. However the views are nice and the bathrooms are spotless! The staff is very friendly as well. It is located right next to the state forest.

My 2 young boys & I stayed here on a whim. Only the 3rd night of our 1st RV experience, we pulled in wearily w/ just a speck of light left to fumble thru hookups. Wondering if the place was deserted we finished seconds before a torrential downpour, as if it waited for us. We slept soundly & awoke to...

I have been going to state forest and the Koa for 20 years its always wonderful. Bob and Linda do a great job keeping the koa simple and clean. If your high maintenance and use to lifes luxury's. Stay away! Bring the kids and family and friends and truly enjoy Colorado. The store has what you need if you forget...

We stayed in a Kamping Kabin. Nowhere on the KOA website could I find out much about the Kabin's, but what I knew from previous experience about 12 years ago was #1 There is one queen bed and a set of bunk beds. #2 You need to bring your own bedding. They are small, but very functional, and beat the...

Spent the weekend in the beautiful North Park area, It's just a short drive (2hrs) from our home in Loveland, CO. The KOA was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Its a no frills kinda place but that's what we were looking for. We wil be back again

My new thing is to book the KOA Kabins and this location was a "will return" on my list. The campground was clean, but I had a hard time finding trash can when we were leaving. We sadly missed out on the Sun morning pancake breakfast. Only go to stay one, but would have like more nights. Right next to...

Our family has a reserved site annually. We still gather with other second generation long-time friends we have met there! The location is excellent for enjoying all the surrounding area, hiking, fishing, and four-wheeling or snow-shoeing in the winter. The weekend breakfasts are excellent, and there is always soft serve ice cream in the little store! My grandchildren love the...
