The office staff was very friendly and helpful.. I had reservations here as I could not find any other parks that had available space. The park is all gravel and a bit rundown, the spaces are close together. It appears to be mostly long term residents. Its' not "real-bad" for a one night stay, but it's unlikely I would return.

Stayed 3 nites. Good base camp for visit to Denver, Golden, Boulder, etc. Never saw any children. Pros- Location, quiet, large adjacent park (w/ pond, river, trail), nice RVs (many semi-permanent). Cons- All gravel, no interior landscaping, little space between RVs, very weak wifi.

This is not a destination RV park. There are 71 RV spaces, and most of them are occupied by folks staying long term. The spaces are close together, but long enough for what ever you have. Some of the long term rigs look like they have been there for some time. The all gravel facility is mostly level, with convenient...

I'm rating this as a city RV park, not a spacious state park type venue. Lots are tight, but amenities are good. Next door is a nice city park adjacent to a nice bike trail. A big bonus. Bus route nearby or take Uber. Felt safe & secure. Would definitely stay here again when in Denver. Hopefully it's not all...

The. Wheat Ridge area appears to be -- less desirable location -- The campground has limited wifi ---sites are close to each other-- with an over all "dated" appearance-- The showers are assigned by grouping patrons to specific shower stall/room -- you receive a pass key - There's 100 Air channels due to being near/in Denver If you're seeking a...

This Rv park is ok. Power is good. Very high water pressure so you will want a pressure regulator. Park was built in the 80s so with the big rigs of today the spaces are small. Staff friendly and helpful. Good place to stay for seeing sights in Denver area. Quiet with a lot of long term stays. Nice rigs....

We stay at this park for 4 or 5 days every year on pour annual trip back to Denver. It is a great place to stay. The park is pretty and clean, and the restrooms very nice. Nancy the owner is very friendly and helpful. I recommend that you make reservations early--I make them in March for June, as the...

Right off I 70 and easy to access pulling a 35' fifth wheel. Nancy was great to deal with and even loaned us a hose when we found out ours had a leak. Lots of full time residents. Right next to a very nice park with a lake and paved walking path.

Convenient rv park for Denver. Clean park, with a number of seasonal residents. We were camping in a pop-up on our way west. Gravel park with limited shade. Close to WalMart and other shopping and restaurants. Restrooms are clean, but the fact that you have a key for one specific RR is a bit quirky. You may have to wait...

This was a perfect stop for an overnight stay on our way through the Denver area. After a long day climbing Interstate 70 we were very pleased to arrive at Prospect RV Park. We had called ahead (and were glad we did as they were full when we arrived). Since we arrived after hours on a weekend the office had...
