For a quieter time, visit this resort in the summer. Beautiful views of the ski resort across the street. It is a mecca for mountain bikers ( lots of trails). Nice restaurants in the village, a nd more good places to eat in the main. Part of town. Storms come in quick in the afternoons, so be prepared. RMNP is...

Excellent condo, super clean, awesome location, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Free parking and walk across the street to Starbucks and plenty of food and shopping. Super summer vacation value. We couldn't find a better value any place close to the RMNP and will be back again!

Our first trip to Winter Park we stayed in a hotel. It was ok but every meal was a meal out and the room was ok size but still cramped when you add all of the ski gear etc. The condo at Founders Pointe was a joy. Large living quarters, separate bedroom, outdoor balcony/deck, and a kitchen where we cooked...

We are a family of four (kids ages 9 and 11) who stayed at Founders Point for 11 nights in March/ April 2016. I would absolutely recommend this property. The view from the condo was fabulous - we could see skiers zipping down the slopes from both the living room and master bedroom. The unit is very nicely decorated and...

i booked this on a spontaneous decision to take the long route to RMNP. We arrived around 8pm and left at 9am so we weren't here long. At first glance it's a nice place, right in the village. The third floor offers a lovely view of the mountain, has large hot tub, fireplaces. The room appeared clean, large bathroom, huge...

My family enjoyed our summer vacation to Winter Park, Colorado, in large part due to our stay at a Founders Pointe condo in the Winter Park Resort. It far exceeded our expectations. The description "premium" is accurate. The condo was simply "off the chart" in terms of its location at the base of the resort's mountain, the scenic views from...

We chose this place to vacation with our 20-something year old kids and their significant others. We couldn't have been much happier! The management company took good care to make sure we were all set to stay, even offering to help us secure discounted equipment and lift tickets and transportation. In the lobby there is a convenient equipment locker area...

We stayed 3 nights at Founders Pointe rm 7441 and it was pretty perfect. This was a studio gold suite with a kitchenette. The room was nice and warm and was walking distance from the village. There was a locker included with the room for our skis and optional garage parking for $14 a day. We parked in the free...

Overall it was a nice, clean room to stay in. I might stay again with just my family of 4. It was a little tight for two families (8 people, one family with older teenagers), not much space in the second room and the tube TV took up a lot of room. The kitchen was small but doable, there were...

“I don't know if there is a swimming pool or fitness center. Some may prefer a room not overlooking the hot tub/barbecue area. Our studio just looked across to another condo building but it was far enough away that it wasn't a problem at all.”
