Hosts were great conversationalists, very flexible and accommodating with b'fast. All the deer-watching you need, perfect for Pikes Peak drive or cog railway. Just to the west you head into the mountains and just back to the east lies Manitou Springs and your very own trip back to the '60s & '70s!! Loved the cultural variation within a beautiful area....

Frank and Sue are great hosts, making us feel at home. Beautiful, quite location close to both Woodland Park and the Pikes Peak region. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast hearty and delicious. Don't miss Frank's pottery showroom. We'll be back!

This was one of the highlights to our vacation in Colorado. Frank and Sue are very gracious hosts, the property is beautiful, and breakfast is amazing! We saw abundant wildlife including Hummingbirds and Mule Deer on property. If you hike up the hill behind the house (past the very cool hot tub), you'll find an incredible view of Pikes Peak....

Truly one of the best bed and breakfast!!! This Bnb is located in a lovely area and the house is amazing! Everything is beautiful and clean. Frank and Sue were incredibly gracious, friendly and so accommodating! I received an upgrade to the blue lilac room, if I'm not mistaken, because there was an overlap with another guests and did not...

My wife and I stayed at The Woodland Inn for 2 nights last weekend. We had an AMAZING trip and that was helped in large part by the great experience we had with Frank there. I knew I had chosen the right place to stay after I booked online. I got a phone call a couple of hours later to...

My children & I enjoyed a stay at the Woodland Inn in the summer of 2015. The kids loved the dogs, yard and breakfast. Frank showed us his pottery studio and we purchased a beautiful vase, honey pot and mug from his shop. The mug continues to be my absolute favorite and is used almost on a daily basis. He...

We stayed one night at the Woodland B&B while on a Colorado vacation. We were pleased to discover that we received a free room upgrade! The hosts were friendly & the breakfast was very good. The room was extra large (probably because of the upgrade). The house was built to be a B&B and the other rooms that I saw...

Woodland Inn B&B is a great place at an affordable price. Unfortunately, the weather did not give us a view of Pike's Peak, but the deer and snow covered birch trees made up for it. Susan and Frank provide relaxed but professional hospitality. The property is extremely clean and has a comfortable common area. Our breakfast was tasty, quite generous...

We only had one night, but know we'll revisit sometime as it was a lovely place. We had the Pike's Peak room with a great view of the mountain. The back yard provides an even better view. The bed was super comfortable, and they have a fantastic new coffee maker that made the most delicious cup of coffee. If you...

Woodland Inn Bed and Breakfast is a hidden gem that is nestled on a hillside of Aspen, Maple, and Pine trees. It's slightly removed from Hwy 24 which makes it the perfect base to explore the sights in the area such as Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and more. After a long day of exploring, you can...
