Excelente recepção com processo seguro e simplificado de check in e uma apresentacao simplificada e objectiva dos servicos do hotel. Sugestao sobre o que comer e o que visitar, com programas bastante interessantes. Decoracao do hotel de muito bom gosto e requinte e quarto comodo e tranquilo. Qualidade superior e personalizada na confeccao do pequeno almoco. A melhor descricao deverá ser comprovada com uma experiencia, pois para mim excedeu todas as expectativas. Hotel centrally located in the village and with good indication of the location for those traveling by car. One has to experience staying at conevnto da serta. It offers a relaxing stay in a converted convent at the heart of Sertã. The suites are immaculate, the breakfast offered gives an amazing taste of the region with locally made jams, cheeses and cured meats. This place is a real treat The staff are always willing to help and will offer plenty of advice for exploring the region, pointing out landmarks to visit and restaurants to eat at This is my second stay and I always find myself coming away calm and enlightened

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and whenever I go back to Sertã I will certainly stay again. The hotel is very new, the staff is super friendly and the location is great. The breakfast is good, with local pastries and food. There is plenty to see and do in the villages near Sertã, so this hotel is a great starting point. I felt really welcomed when I arrived and the staff was always very helpful, giving me tips and advice. The only thing I would point out (very minor) is a lack of a shower door. I had a great stay at this hotel and I definitely recommend for solo, couples or family travel.

Just finished a 3 night stay at the Convento da Serta and loved every minute of it. The property and setting is very special on a river bank and in a refurbished convent. Everyone there is attentive to your specific interests and helps customize your stay and local touring options to what you'd enjoy. The region itself is one of the as yet less discovered areas of Portugal, and it has a lot to offer - whether historical sites, swimming and boating activities, nature walks and hikes, and more. And the food is fantastic. Definitely a special culinary destination in addition to wonderful accommodations and service.

Hello. Both hot and cold breakfast served, though choice of cold dishes far outweighs choice of hot. The breakfasts are magnificent.
