We stayed here for several nights while visiting the local sites that held interest for us. Our hotel room was about 100 yards from the building that held the restaurant and the breakfast room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was how we like it--firm. We climbed up two flights of stairs to get to our room which was on their 1st floor, our second floor. No elevator is available. I could receive emails but could not get them out. I took my computer to breakfast room each morning and took care of computer work. The breakfast room offered a good selection. The host took good care of us.

Clean and tidy, and better than I would have expected for a guest house with terrific views from the rooms.

In particular I would like to thank everyone concerned for returning my jacket that I left in the wardrobe promptly back to the uk.

Food and service was pretty good and I would be happy to recommend this guesthouse.

Well done!!

This Gasthaus looked like it would be in a nice, rural location. And it was.

Reservation on the phone was ok, and finding the Gasthaus was easy with the GPS. Check-in while arriving in the middle of dinner-time felt like I was disturbing the hardworking staff.
I waited patiently (standing in the Stube-area in wet motor-gear), and I was thoroughly observed by suspicious locals drinking alcohol and discussing things.
Dinner was served, and another round of beer for the local drinkers...
Finally, I was hurriedly brought to a building 100m uphill. It had safe indoor parking (Thanks!) and I got a very nice room.

The room was Spacious, Clean and comfortable, an with a nice view.
Enough power-sockets to charge all my gadgets.
Wifi was slow though, with nostalgic ISDN-speed. Not suitable for work.
In the mountain air and quiet surroundings I had a very good night sleep.

Breakfast (ab Acht) was ok.
Check-out: no cards, "nur bar" (cash only).
However total price was very reasonable.

I can recommend this Gasthaus, but beware of the slow internet.
Oh and try to not arrive during busy dinnertime.

Cleanliness sends greetings!!! Dust and cobwebs everywhere.
Playground is barely recognizable in the tall grass.
Staff unfriendly and not competent.
Photos on the Internet do not correspond to what was found. Breakfast room dirty, hygiene??
Clues are ignored. Anti-children!
The only plus, senior manager, very well positioned and friendly... was unfortunately only there once.

It is so quiet there! Not a whisper, wow! Excellent and plentiful breakfasts, 3* hotel buffet quality if not better, since it contains homemade food as well. The guesthouse is spotlessly clean. Great value for money!

We were a bit confused as to the exact location of the guesthouse and the check-in rules. Note that the guesthouse is located 100m behind the restaurant.
