Good housekeeping staff, friendly and good hotel. The Fern Royal Riviera Farm Resort.
I am staying here since last week it is a good hotel for business. Housekeeping team was very good and whole team was very helpful. Rooms are well maintained and housekeeping staff Mr.Vikash and Miss Ananya is doing a very good job and naturally helping new staff and I like different unique artworks in my room everyday and I am enjoying my visit. Worst service I had . We stayed there for a night ask for a bottle after calling them four times Noone is there to reply n we have to go at reception n still we have to wait for 30 minutes n only got 100ml . Food was overpriced as they charged 850 per perso with gst their buffet. I would give zero star if I could give for service. Rude behavior of staff manager . They charged 60 rs for 200ml water bottle. 😒

Lack of management Specially In room cleaning and Sanitization I had prior told before booking to Mr Deepanshu Kumar but for booking all was said Yes but as I came In villa I saw not at all cleaning even basic cleaning was not done just imagine what Sanitization they would have done. I was with my 14 month old baby n this was what I came in it.
FOR room service without any one communication they keep on sending me oder as I told Person A he talk to Person B and comes out Xyz specially in My baby food.
Just for booking of Villa I think all was said yes to me and made me Disponited.
The best thing Villa are big and pool is private and clean and staff who are in maintenance are more good.
Even electic current was passing by near pool light in deck area and again it was worst to see and might be nightmare for me If my baby girl had hold it but it was good of Sanjay he came soon and taped the wire which was open.
Even after complaining still Management is as cool as they can be and worst part again next day room cleaning was to be done late to late 12 p.m guy was sent at 4p.m
Mind it if covid19 is reason for less staff then make sure my 1st line regarding it I can also say I must have been given 50% what I saw and in front of me all I made clean n Sanitization.
Won't be as cheap as Management been.
Anyway food is good and If staff and management gets change then this place can be Good hub for Small vacation.

its good resort but need to improve in services and staff management, particularly managers of the hotel seems to be non professional, we stayed for a night, there is couple of hits and misses 1. we asked for the extra bed for a son but it took abt 45-50 min in night time for them to set the extra bed, seems to be understaff or not having proper staff, 2. the day when we reached some cleaning work is going on for swimming pool and garden area becaz of some marriage function last night, when we requested they arrange for swimming at their nearby villas under same management, however villas are not opened only swimming pool area was opened, at their NO facility for change room or shower (it might be inside the villa which was not opened) no facility for towel etc, when asked for 2 times than towels are given. 3. on the next day when we are abt to check out some issues with the water pipelines and when we took shower force has not been there, when we are at reception other guest also complaining abt the water n bathroom, now this is some basic thing but management is unable to handle such a situation, they want to shift their guest to villas but they dont take any proactive steps for that or might not have staff to do so. property is good, villas under the same management is also good but need to change management

Property needs maintenance.
The room had color/wall papers peeling, furniture broken, in the room and in the lobby as well.
The room provided was unclean, dust everywhere, bedsheets and pillow and everywhere, we had to ask them to change bedsheets and clean several time.
The problem is the attitude of the staff, when we reached, there was no one to help with the luggage, when asked at the reception, their plain answer was get your car to the drop off point off main entrance, and then we will help you, and my car was hardly 10 steps from there in the parking slot, but they denied, and I had to carry my luggage. When asked about the mopping and changing the bedsheet, someone came to change, and he was doing it so arrogantly, as if it was our mistake to ask him, throwing things here and there in the room, and walking over the new bedsheet with his shoes on, to make a new one also more dirty, which we were to use, and for mopping , he did it with dry one, and not the wet one.
We paid 4000+ for a night, and the staff attitude and the treatment was pathetic.

Really Liked the place and the service offered by the staff. The place was hygienic and we got full service specially from navin Sir !! We went there on 14 th January with 7 families. We booked 2 villas of 2 BHK.

When we asked about extra beds they said we cant give more than 4 as there is no place. We asked them to accommodate in hall as we wanted to stay togather but they refused. We asked extra blankets as we were having 12 children below 5 yrs age and cold was at pick. But they refused earlier and after all requests they gave 4 blanket and 4 extra beds(of course with extra bed charges ). I have seen first time that hotel doesn't provide extra beds even we are ready to pay extra bed charges.
They actually said we dont have extra beds and extra blankets. They were having 10-20% occupancy and generally rarely ppl goes there. They were having one answer...we can't do. ...

The food is average 2-3 star hotel. Sabji was not properly baked , bakery items were so hard like not felt that it's fresh.

GM and front desk staff were the third class ppl I have ever met ..we don't even get that kind of
person in 2-3 star properties...

I don't recommend this property with large ppl of group.

We thank you for choosing our resort for your stay and deeply saddened for not being able to fulfil your expectations and making your experience an unpleasant one. While we sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you for us, we are really sorry that we could not properly explain you regarding the hotel policies during your booking with us. We would like you to note that the 2 BHK villas are suitably built for quadruple occupancy where in we could provide at the most 2 extra beds in each villa to make the maximum permitted occupancy for 6 persons. While you were around 8 families along with around 12 children, it was not possible to accommodate all in just 2 villas. It was also not possible to just go on adding extra beds in the villa due to the space constraint. Also, we do not encourage more than 6 persons in each villa which will otherwise be really inconvenient with a dormitory feel inside the villas. However, we had offered you a couple of more rooms with extra beds at highly discounted rates, which would have accommodated all of you comfortably, but unfortunately even after agreeing for the same, you did not take the extra rooms. We also regret for not satisfying you with the food taste. However, we would have loved to take care of the same, had we received some details from you regarding the same at that moment, since we did not receive any negative feedback when we asked for the same after your meals. We once again apologize for all the miscommunications and inconveniences caused to you and will only hope that you give us another chance to host you and change your perception regarding the service and hospitality standard which our brand maintains. The room was good but bathroom was worst, smelling a lot and when told to service guy he said it's like that only every rooms
Breakfast food also not upto taste, people were fighting at live dosa counter, plates and bowls were finished and no one bothered to bring new one even after telling food manager many times.
Also they have events planned for Diwali but that too we have to pay for each counter.
Buffet of 1100/- plus money and no other provision of food as restaurant was kept closed.
Kids zone and indoor games were only good point over here.
Overall not worth to visit.
