My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Hotel Rodney in Lewes, DE, July 25-27. What a gem! This boutique hotel is centrally located in historic Lewes, Delaware, minutes from Rehoboth beach. Our room was so sunny and beautiful. We didn't even use the AC, be a se the weather was so beautiful. We just opened the windows. The decor...

Quaint hotel with a great location in the middle of the town. All of the hotel personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. Rooms are small, we had a deluxe standard, bathrooms were clean, but definitely need to be updated. There is not a lot of room and two people can not be in the bathroom at the same time. The parking...

I was a bit frustrated with the girl who checked me in. The elevator is a European style with a very heavy outside door and a heavy gate. I was alone, so it was difficult to manage. There are steps leading to the main front door also. This would not be a good place for elderly people. Great location, but...

We spent 3 nights. Had the send floor king room overlooking the main street. The room was very clean, large (king bed and sofa with large ottoman). The showers are massive - can fit about 8 people. Love the separate loo and sinks. Some people say, well, it's only a room you won't be in it 24/7, but I feel...

Only small hotel but worth the stay, well furnished and comfortable rooms though a bit small. In middle of town so you step outside into the main street for shopping and local restaurants. Good place to stay for a short break.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Rodney and enjoyed our stay. People were friendly and helpful. Had dinner at Crown and Rose was very good. An enjoyable stay. Small lift(elevator) gave us something to talk about.

We are building in Lewes and have needed a place to stay when we come into town to monitor the building process. We decided on Hotel Rodney because it is in the center of town and only a few blocks from our building site and we had heard good things about this small boutique hotel. We have not been disappointed....

We booked a Deluxe Room based on E-Mail communication with the hotel it would have the in room bathtub shown in the pictures on the hotel website. While the room had a bathtub it certainly wasn't like the one on the website (still a very nice room) but it wasn't what we were expecting. No problem though as luckily being...

Lovely small hotel, charming well-appointed rooms. Great Bathroom/Shower. Though, it was off-season and to be expected, the room rate of $149. was a great value. The staff was super friendly as well. I would love to find more boutique hotels like this one1

Beautiful place to stay with friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. My only suggestion would be to include breakfast. The breakfast place that was referred to us was within walking distance but did not open until 8:00am.
