Relatively new hotel (1 & a half yr), good price good value below RM200, room new & comfortable. Walking distance to JB airport, good for odd hour flight. Locals can park near & around the hotel for RM16 per day ( cheaper than airport parking). Staff are friendly.

Stayed one night and overall was great except for the lighting in the room is too dark and should add a shower curtain. Near to airport and Johor premium outlets. Ideal for shoppers or travellers. Room and toilets are clean, not much to ask for since the price is reasonable.

Juat one night short trip, this hotel was good enough, newly aproximately opening one years ago, friendly staff, i'm just earlier check in at 11.30am, and they accepted, i was really appreciate that, the room was average but clean and spacious enough, and they have shuttle to jpo, even the driver likely had double job at there but they really honest. Hotel location just 5 minutes walk to airport and they had a shuttle, but its start from 7 am or more, so if if your flight in the eraly morning, you must walk to the airport, breakfast was so so, not have any choice, around the hotel there's many cheap restaurant, like kopi tiam, and Mc d too, also minimart. overall this is nice hotel for short trip, and value for money too, especially if u want to shopping to jpo and u want get…

+ spacious room + value for Money + Walking distance to AirPort + shuttle service to AirPort and johor premium outlet + many restaurant nearby - Poor breakfast . Limited Choices and the worst part is they serve it cold! ( but since breakfast price is very very cheap , im not upset )
