The hotel is newly opened, bed and pillows are comfortable, however the cleanliness in toilet shall improve. Staffs here are very friendly and efficient. I would like specially give credit to a male receptionist who on duty on 30.07.2017 (Sunday) at 1pm. He was the only staff at reception that day for about 45minutes. He was very polite and helpful and solved our issue at his best he can eventhough there was other customers queuing to checkout. Will come back to this hotel again and I do hope the cleanliness of room can be improved.

Not much to mention, as our visit here was extremely short. But regardless, the hotel is newly built, is quite clean and well maintained, and the best part is that you get to save on the taxi fare to the airport, as the terminal is just around 100 mts, and that all major restaurants including Mc Donalds, a few local bakeries and a few vegetarian restaurants are located in he vicinity. Whereas the not so good part is that the hotel does not have a kitchen and does not offer any in room dining. But as i said, it didnt matter in our case as our visit to perth hotel was only for one day.

Hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the airport. Very close to Mc Donalds. has shuttle bus to JPO and to airport. You can get breakfast at the airport, just walk from the hotel. there is a schedule to JPO using shuttle bus at the airport.

The Perth Family room was suitable for our family of 5. They had two queen beds and the pillows were firm and comfortable. The hotel lobby was clean and beautiful and they had friendly staffs attending to us during check in and check out. The hotel is just a walking distance away from the Senai Airport. The hotel also provides free shuttle to the airport if you dont feel like walking over ;-)

Perth Hotel was better than expectation but still some areas to improve. Torn towels, and was told that i would be charged when i asked for new ones. Nice room, but the bathroom would be nicer if it had a partition to avoid water splashing all over the bathroom floor.
