We had one of the rooms that are designed for wheelchair users, as the whole hotel is designed for guests with disabilities. The included breakfast was pretty decent by American standards. The housekeeping only came every two or three days, which took some getting used to. However, requests in this regard were fulfilled quickly and without any problems. The staff in the hotel were always friendly and helpful.

We just dropped off our daughter at UD. John D and Phyllis rock! Our lock on our car carrier wasn’t working, so they offered to store our bags in a secure location overnight, which gave us peace of mind. In addition, they accepted our last minute Amazon purchases that wouldn’t have made it in time to our house. Super pleasant. Super accommodating and friendly. Room was spotless and very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Huge rooms. Very clean, towels were soft, bed so comfortable and the shower was huge with really hot water and great shower pressure. Hotel was super quiet. No noise from other rooms or busy street outside. And the staff was very friendly. This was our second visit and we would stay again next year!

We used Springhill Suites for our wedding block in September 2021! They were very helpful and responsive getting all of our guests booked for the group rate. They allowed us to drop off our guests bags a few days in advance to free up some space in our cars. They also kept the bar open later then normal for our guests to hang out in the lobby after the wedding. The front desk was awesome and super helpful during our stay. My only complaint is you can hear EVERY car/train that drives past since it is on a main road. It was really tough to sleep with it being so loud.

Fabulous stay! I was there for work. Water waiting at the front desk. Phyllis was always cheerful and helpful at the front desk with restaurant recommendations and helping me out when I forgot toothpaste. Lauren at the bar is so charming and fabulous. The breakfast was delish and I will stay here even if I get a better rate at another hotel.

It is what it is, a 2 star hotel. Looks like maybe mostly for business travel, but I have a feeling that if you are traveling for business and need a good nights rest this isn't the spot. I only say that because the first morning when we woke up, I was still in bed, but could hear the conversation couple and kids were having next door. Quite clearly. Also two days in a row, in different rooms there were parties up until well past midnight.
Regardless of those things, the hotel itself is fairly nice. Its clean. The staff is very nice, and helpful when we needed anything. This is one of the few times where I got a good nights sleep at a hotel because the bed was comfortable. The two things that were noticed, not really complaints is that the rod in the closet is super low so clothes are basically touching the floor, and it would be nice to have an adjustable shower head. The water pressure was amazing, but sometimes too strong even.
Oh and another added bonus for hotels in this day and age. FREE PARKING.
In closing, I would stay here again if or when I go back to visit.

They didn’t even supply us with a bar of soap. Old smelly rooms. The walls are dripping from water damage, cracks and holes in the floor. No where the proper standards of Marriott. We called to inform management of these issues, they couldn’t care less.

This hotel was clean, orderly, and comfortable. Our stay was brief, but we didn't encounter a single problem. All the kids slept well, the bartender at their (tiny) bar was super personable, the pool was open, the room was clean, the price was very affordable. If we're out this way again, we will try to stay here again. My ONLY complaint was that the hotel was hard to get into and you couldn't turn left out of it.

New and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Free parking in the garage. Breakfast was restricted to take out due to COVID-19, but they had an attendant helping build your breakfast bag: milk, yoghurt, juice, various cereal, pastries, donuts, muffins, granola bars and fruits were widely available to choose from. Coffee was also available in the morning and front desk was giving bottled water to all guests.
